Yes, I noticed that too awhile ago but didn't really think anything about it. I guess I've had an account here for awhile. Not sure if I had an account at the time, but I would come here for housing news in 2007-08 right on the cusp of the crash.

What, honesty? Not sure, but appreciate when people are honest. FYI, admitting being a dick is called honesty if you're confused.

I think I've deleted maybe 2-5 of your posts total and it was warranted. And if you were honest, you'd probably agree. Patrick could probably verify. So if you have a problem with moderators, your anger is misguided. You like taking conversations to the gutter. I don't mind playing in the gutter from time to time, but I don't live there. But that's sometimes why I play the "game" so to speak....
