Coalition Avenir Quebec had an historical victory as they routed the Liberals. CAQ is an anti-immigrant, pro-business party. Never before winning election, the party trounced the dominant Liberal Party, normally a Bulwark for the Liberal House of the Two Trudeaus.

CAQ's platform is to limit immigrants by 20%, and deport those who fail to learn French or "Quebec Values" (ie Drinking Labat's and celebrating Strippers who only wear Mukluks) after 3 years. The Liberals campaigned on INCREASING immigrant numbers.

The Liberals were left with only 32 seats compared to CAQ's 75, out of a total 125 seats. CAQ comfortably declared a majority government. Liberals had controlled Quebec 13 of the past 15 years, since 2003. Liberals received 25% of the popular vote, the Liberals worst showing in the History of Quebec.

In Ontario's Elections, the Liberal Government was also routed by Doug Ford's Progressive Conservatives.
