In addition to some immigrant women telling members of Congress they didn’t have access to running water, one epileptic woman said she been unable to obtain medication for her condition.
"One woman said that the Border Patrol agent told her if she wanted water to drink from a toilet," Chu said on Twitter.

Who cares what Rush says. It's a fact. Anybody who traveled there knows this. Tainted water and alcohol are huge dangers. You think if everything would be better down there than the detention centers they wouldn't come in droves. Yet here they are so don't complain or go back.

They should ask for asylum in the first country after getting out from their country of origin (assuming political oppression/war), which is international standard.
