Yes, Please let them think they'll win again. That way the regular old conservatives will do their duty, get up and vote for Trump. Libs will stay in bed, hoping their friend will vote for them.

Las Vegas begs to differ:

It’s an absolute joke...I don’t know what the polls are measuring but President Trump is winning 44 or so states and will win the popular vote in November.

Only an ostrich can plummet their head into the sand and swallow the CNN, MSNBC, WaPo, NYT, LAT propaganda. Only an idiot would not be able to see that these agencies are no longer news.

Biden is out at the convention, replaced with Cuomo or Madam Secretary.

That's why the donors aren't giving to his campaign, they want to bribe the real candidate.

Don't discount Pritzker. JB no neck has been on the attack against Trump since day one of the media's "pandemic." I think he's too overweight to gain popular traction with voters, but I feel like he's making a play for it being in IL and seeing his ridiculous daily pressers. He's also got the $$$$. So his interests are tied to those that would want him POTUS.

Biden is made in China.

Trump is the show master.

If you all have been paying attention, Trump really hasn't been working on his reelection platform other than the KAG message before March 16.

After that, we're back to Make America Great Again. It's going to take something much much much grander than that.

I suspect that May through August, we're going to see devastating after devastating indictments from Barr and Durham, it's going to even shut up Schiff, Nancy and Gerald the Fat Daddler. As they will be in legal jeopardy by then. The Dems are going to have to shift focus from getting rid of Trump. To refilling all of the Democrat seats that have been indicted for their part in the DOJ, Pres 44, and the Crooked Congress leftovers. There's going to be a huge void and a huge hole, there wont be enough time for the Dems to fill them all.

Nah, the Dems and their press allies will call any indictments "politically based" and shut them down. Remember, the House was able to get an impeachment on Trump merely for asking someone to look into the obvious Hunter Biden graft scheme, with no repercussions yet to either Biden.

Sadly, I think HeadSet is right. The swamp is far too deep and organized. In fact, worry about indictments might even get the swamp more bold in rigging something against Trump so they can shut down the investigations once and for all when they get their swamp candidate in office. At that point you'll see every federal employee hired under Trump fired, which is exactly what Trump should have done to every employee hired under Obamma.

What constitutes a swamp? 1. A bunch of lobbyists for industry, corporations, special interests and wall street running the federal agencies and tipping the regs and contracts to their favs? or 2.something else? Cause if its number 1 that is the Trump administration. If its number 2 please elaborate

Correct. These are they guys pushing for unfettered illegal immigration, HxB abuse, and off-shoring production to China - think Apple and Disney. Also banking and Wall St that actually own the Democratic Party.

So we agree on the definition of the swamp. And right, sure the Dems have/had their share. not arguing that but to not see Trump's administration as the stinking cesspool of a swamp that it clearly is, is being willfully blind.

Here is a list of lobbyists in and out of the pristine Trump administration. Cant smell the stagnant water? It fuckin stinks like the Okeefonokee
https://www.opensecrets.org/trump/lobbyists

"Massive conflicts of interest are practically a job requirement for service in the Trump administration. A shipping heiress runs the Department of Transportation. An oil lobbyist runs the Interior Department. A coal lobbyist runs the Environmental Protection Agency. A pharmaceutical executive runs the Department of Health and Human Services. An investment banker runs the Treasury Department. The Defense Department has been led by a who’s who of executives from the largest defense contractors."
14   HeadSet   2020 Apr 21, 8:34pm

A shipping heiress runs the Department of Transportation.

You are being overly broad here. True, her dad was a Chinese refugee who started mega shipping firm, but she first held underling jobs at the Department of Transportation, was a director of the Peace Corps, a director of United way, and was a Secretary of Labor. Quite qualified, not just picked to be Transportation Secretary because of daddy. Anyone qualified to run cabinet positions is going to have some background in their respective areas.

Now I will agree on the Investment banker running the Treasury. But it ain't just Trump. Even Obama had a revolving door between the Treasury and Goldman Sachs.
15   rdm   2020 Apr 22, 11:01am

As I said the Dems are not without sin. The point was that the swamp Trump promised to drain was filled with a different species of creature, Ones that support Republican , corporatists and their agenda, such as gutting environmental regs and opening up public land for mining and extracting coal oil and gas. It's still a swamp. Now maybe you like what they are doing, OK. But it still is " a bunch of lobbyists for industry, corporations, special interests and wall street running the federal agencies and tipping the regs and contracts to their favs." Without question.

As to your one example of being "overly broad" you conveniently left out the fact that the shipping heiress (of a foreign company), which she certainly is, is also married to Mitch McConnell. I will give you she is technically qualified for the job. But the issue at hand wasn't about her qualifications.

Did you go to the link listing the lobbyists in and out of Trump's administration? its a huge number of people. Its the swamp in all its fetid glory

Chapter 2 of “what really happened”.

These issues, such as what the balance should be between environment and industry, are genuine political concerns. No one is "gutting" environmental laws, but the Democratic party (and some Republicans) are gutting, if not criminally ignoring, immigration law to please Dem corporate donors.

I wouldn’t count on Barr to prosecute or indict anyone significant. He is currently posturing, but make no mistake: this is the same guy who covered up Epstein’s murder.
Don’t count on Barr.

He fully explains it. We have a real government and a facade of a government. The facade is the people we elect. When things are working smoothly, you are led to believe that elected officials control policy, when really all they do is make the appearance of controlling policy. He considers this a bad thing that people are now aware of the actual government.

That's your swamp. It's basically the intelligence agencies. This is why intelligence officials can just blatantly lie to congress without any threat of being prosecuted for lying to congress. They own congress. They can lie to the president as well, lie under oath, murder people, imprison people without due process, torture people, run drugs, overthrow nations - whatever. They are a criminal syndicate - so if you're wondering why we stay at war regardless of who is elected, that's why.

Yes, instead let CHINA do this. Let them pollute, because their atmosphere is entirely not the same as ours, there is a magical invisible wall up to keep it separated. Let them build and mine everything with complete disregard for environmental regulation - hell, let them poison dog food, who cares? Then take everything they make, have them ship it across literally 1/2 way around the world, and then trucks and planes can transport it all over the United States and Europe.

Good plan to fix the environment...
