Why does it cost $130 and take 8 weeks to renew a passport?! What he neglects is the growth of corporations, which in the time of the founders were time-limited charters issued by states or the feds for a specific purpose.

Now, unlike in the 18th century, corporations are immortal, which lead to:

Corporations are legal persons
Corporations are omnipotent (unlimited political contributions and funding for "science" research, regulatory capture, censorship, propaganda)
Corporations are ominicient (universal spying of all telephone and internet activity)

Free markets, which Paul believes in, don't require laws, but freedom to prevent corporations, and encourage competition. Communists regulate business, Republic's let markets work out organically. In case your wondering, our economy is more communist than republic.
