No the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that was approved was the same formula as one as the one that was distributed under EUA. Remember we had about nine months of EUA vaccines from Jan to August 2021. That was what was tested. That was what was approved. The distinction is purely legal. There was never a “good” vaccine that was “safe and effective.”
