My mother has been sick (bed ridden) since my birth and turns out my wife has bpd now. As an Asian, we are very closely knit to family so I kind of always felt the burden of others health. I’m in my early 30s. I’m pretty active into sports and outdoorsy, have a stable job.

I do love her when she’s happy but the sad or bad scenes are like 80% of time now. I feel God cheated me of my happiness. Why should I not cheat my wife and find comfort in other women to find some temporary solace for myself and come out of this frustration, if that helps? Justifications? Any?

PS: I feel leaving my wife to come out clean at this stage will have worst impact on her and so I am not pursuing that path immediately due to humanitarian grounds. Maybe a short fling outside will help me stay positive and help her with my presence? Help!

. A man of flesh & blood here folks. Looking for real raw opinion in a judgement free zone.

Talk to your wife or get one of those "real dolls". Finding another woman is just asking for trouble.

This is the wrong place for judgement free advice.

But while we're on the subject, I'm ashamed to admit that I had a brother who was serial adulterer that ended up leaving his three very young daughters and his wife for one of his whore girlfriends.

I know an adulterer, I'm not going to say what sex. I will never ever tell the kids, or even the adulterer I know. I will bring this to my grave, but I know because somebody in my family couldn't bring it to their grave.

If you're going to sleep around, you put baggage on everybody. Don't hurt, how simple is that? I've looked into Dharmic religions, that seems to be the central tenet of them, and is basically a much more intelligent version of "do unto others". Do no harm. Be aware of how you can harm, even inadvertently.

Everytime I see them, I know what they've done, and every-time I see their children, I know what their parent did. Maybe I'm plagued with too much awareness. I don't think I have a reptilian brain at all. Must be a birth defect.

This is why Asian rub and tugs should be legal.

Having an affair with another person, would just bring more trouble to your problems. And these days you can't go down to your local pub on Ladies Night and pull in some skeet, it's practically illegal to Mac on the ladies unsolicited. And prostitution is morally wrong on so many levels and no telling what else you'll catch. But a full deep tissue Asian massage with happy endings should be legal for this very reason. So men don't get butt hurt when their faithful wife runs out of libido steam. It's wrong to just dump them and move on to the next piece of ass.

To humor OP if not a bot. God didn't cheat you out of anything. Your choice. You and her made the choice to get married and say your vows, not God.

Don't hurt her. Having a relationship with someone else will be a big problem to hide and will eventually hurt a lot of people. So why don't you save up to pay for an expensive and clean prostitute every now and then, to keep things interesting for you.

Sorry for cuss words here - All the smuckfaces who are thinking it’s a bot - you idiots are suffering from the paranoia of AI & bots!! You think you folks are smart but I see you are just idiots celebrating to be smarties by calling a genuine post as bot. Have some sense guys - a man who’s hurting is just looking for the opinion from others to understand how the world is thinking about the matter. What’s wrong with you guys????

Good for you. I wish you both my kindest regards.

Sex isn't all that. Genuine feeling, emotion, that's really a great thing when you can experience it.

You bought bananas and flowers. That's funny because an Asian man did that in front of me today. You didn't happen to be in a Safeway on El Camino in Sunnyvale? Would be remarkable if this is really such a small world.

Just an interesting coincidence I guess

1. BPD is common among women and in 90% cases cure themselves by 45yo. It might be a side-effect of the hormones necessary to keep the female/human reproductive system working.

2. If you can afford to pay for two households (making more than $300k/yr or so in most parts of the US), divorce while still young or never getting married are better choices. Don't cheat before divorce, as a BPD can out-cheat you and can get very violent because they live their lives as if in a novel/theatrical-performance.

3. 95+% of men can not afford to pay for two households, so they are stuck in the drama of living with a BPD if having married one. The key to living with a BPD is never believing anything she says and never taking her seriously; treat her as if she were a teenager mentally. Any time she gets violent or refuses to have sex, tell her to bend over and receive a spanking from you; chances are that she will like it. Come up with various role-plays all the time, because BPD's are easily bored and tend to cheat and lie.

Not to derail the thread, but did she get the Covid jab Bluesky? It fucked up my wife hormonally big time. Used to just be 3-5 days during that time of month because of cramps and bleeding out of your vagina. My wife is now 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with behavior. It sucks, but you just have to deal sometimes or figure out things to get her out of her funk as Reality says.

Even if this is a bot, it's a discussion worth having. I think a lot of men are going to be dealing with jab period syndrome as I call it. It's fucked my wife up hormonally 100%.

Bipolar and it's some bullshit, I've dated that before. I'd fucking leave rather than put up with that crap unless it can be medicated and she takes her meds. Women leave men for trivial shit all of the time and this is not trivial.

I'm guessing a large chunk of BPD is just standard female BS after marriage. Along the lines of pulling the fat grenade.

Wish I could find it. I've dealt with that disorder in a man years ago. My cousin has as well. It's a nightmare.

The article is "is she just a crazy bitch?" But I still can't find it. Basically it just explains a lot of the symptoms. Having dealt with this once, maybe twice, I can appreciate the difficulty of it.

Pretty much all womynz have some form of bpd so they can be excused when they shit all over their men and society. Bring back a solid patriarchy and bpd disappears
51   Blue   2024 May 9, 3:38pm

I remember there was a family down the street at my previous place. As a neighbor, me and wife used to greet and talk whenever passing by. Found a strange behavior over a period that the woman had a range of emotions including very normal to “do I know you”! kind of weird expression. Confirmed with wife who had similar experience with her. This was puzzling and took some time to figure out that it was some kind of bipolar!
Over the period, I observed, like others mentioned above, quite a few females exhibit similar behavior symptoms. At least unable to notice this disorder in men around.
Perhaps it’s a survival tactic mechanism!
52   Reality   2024 May 9, 9:05pm

The primary diagnostic criteria for differentiating BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder; so named because it was initially observed the patient was on the border of being psychotic) vs. Bipolar Personality Disorder is duration between mood state switches: Bipolar usually have long "maniac" and "depressive" states that each lasting multiple days, whereas Borderline Personality Disorder can switch from being happy to angry within hours if not minutes. The underlying mechanism may well be entirely different between the two: BPD (Borderline) is usually due to the person having extremely high sensitivity to environmental stimulus (not internal "high" or "low" state), and lacks the "normal" emotional maturity to control one's own knee-jerk / emotional reactions.

In my personal experience, BPD (Borderline) and Borderline traits are extremely common among young women. BPD (and other Cluster-B personality disorders such as Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD, now usually recognized as an internal coping mechanism developed by BPD sufferers as they age) and Psychopathy (a further stage of development from NPD)) are usually not diagnosed for children under 18yo, as children are presumed to be sensitive and less capable of controlling their own emotions. Among adult men, I have observed that men who have substance dependency tend to have a high rate of Cluster-B personality disorders (not a clinical psychiatrist but speaking as a landlord and employer who has dealt with hundreds if not thousands of tenants and applicants). That's why I think women's high rate of BPD may have something to do with their internal hormonal environment. Of course, societal coddling (just like coddling of drug and alcohol abuse in recent year) may increase the overall frequency/rate of outbursts/manifestations.

My opinion is BPD-ish traits exist in most women. When males have the normative solipsistic/BPD traits found in a typical woman, he'd be readily and easily diagnosed with it. Only the more extreme cases are diagnosed in women. I'd say at least half of women have "BPD Lite" and almost all are solipsistic to a much larger degree than men.

Another example is S.I.G.N. language. Once you see it, it's everywhere at all times except in the most formal interactions/situations.
54   mell   2024 May 9, 9:57pm

What these statistics mainly say is that (many) womyn are very similar to children, they can be happy one moment and have an extreme tantrum of dissatisfaction about a totally random and meaningless "issue" the next. We used to put children (and occasionally womyn) in place via corporal punishment back then, for their own good, so they don't get killed by the next stranger over misbehavior outside of their parents protective nest. And so they don't get run over by a car because they don't consider their parent yelling at them as anything worth listen to. Womynz and "feminist" movements have dismantled all these safeguards for themselves and their children and that's why you see children and adults unfit for society, and unfit to recognize any danger (e.g. getting killed by fentanyl) and boozed up womynz being raped by migrants from rough cultures at staggering proportions, while claiming misgendering, mansplaining and the wage gap are real issues. I mean just let that naked chick with a dick in the shower stare at your equally naked teenage daughter, will ya! It's totally safe and love is love you bigot!

Tough test - I think my wife is borderline (I can check one box out of two).

I agree with the posters that hormones can fuck up a woman's head. If she's lucky, a woman has enough self-awareness that she can realize that she's "under the influence," as it were. It's been nearly 25 years, and my wife still won't admit it until the red tide gives irrefutable proof. I don't make it easy on her either - "Oh, you're probably PMSing, that's why you're being such a cunt."

If men acted this way they'd be jailed. Pussy pass to the rescue.

I view it as a condition, these people need help, but they don't realize it.

In my opinion, most people need help. I feel so badly for Philo Farnsworth, he made the television expecting it to be used as an educational device. Poor man had a mental breakdown. Very brilliant man. He recovered and made the Fusor. It's a fusion machine, but the amount of energy it produces is minimal compared to the energy it takes to make it operate. He hoped it would be further developed to be usable as an energy generator.

I worked on the early Internet, expecting it to be an educational device, I'm not anywhere near as brilliant, nor was I a significant part of it, but all I see is propaganda and bullshit elevated artificially. I remember when Wikileaks disclosures became viral. Goddamned assholes that control our society don't realize it's not just better for us, but for them, to be properly informed.
