I can believe that these have positive cash flow, since the density of rent-paying people is pretty good in them.
Any idea of the rents and the price for such a building?

I am noticing a few multi-unit apartment buildings going up for sale. Some actually seem to have positive cash flow. Any thoughts why they are going up now?
