I think the problem is that some sites refused to be framed, so they break the frame on that page and take over the browser. The NY Times does this for example.
I suppose I have to remove the framing and find some other way to automatically give a summary of the link.

I've removed the iframe for now. There's a cool German site that takes a snapshot of a webpage. Maybe I can use that somehow:

Hey Patrick,
Although I like the new format for visualizing submitted links within the submissions forum, I am confused about how to add commentary to the links posted. For instance, after I've entered the articles in the links forum and they appear under the 'post' column, when I click on the displayed hyperlink I am indirectly connected to the hyperlinked article AFTER briefly zipping past an unclickable patrick.net intermediary page containing my added commentary. Also the when I clicked onto the comment or discussion tags for either of the links I posted today I was taken directly to the article I posted - and not to the discussion area of the forum. Can you please let me know what am I doing wrong when I submit posts in the links forum? Thanks.
