gays are typically the first group to arrive in a community because they are white and wealthy. so they buy a house, then start pushing left-wing 'diversity' so they aren't 'discriminated against'. this opens to the door for the other groups who then overwhelm the local political system with diversity campaigns who demand a variety of things, all of them use massive amounts of tax money.
