Well, Krugman did at least.

Krugman is right that high housing prices is the problem, although this week is the first time I remember reading him say so outright.

To be fair, Krugman's point is more about NIMBY-motivated regulation preventing the building of high-rises and thereby lowering housing prices in California. And how this makes republican states like Texas look (again artificially) good by comparison.

Next week I would like to see Krugman post about the evils of artificially inflated stock and bond markets, also caused by artificially low interest rates.
