Carmen Segarra is a veteran bank regulator, over 13 years in the regulatory compliance business at firms including Bank of America and Citi Bank and Societe Generale. Educated at Harvard, Columbia and Cornell, she seemed like the perfect fit for the Federal Reserve which hired her to monitor compliance of one the nation’s largest investment banks — Goldman Sachs. Unfortunately for the Fed, her un-corruptibility would prove to be more than they bargained for, so they fired her. But the story doesn’t end there…

Already covered. I will say that she is not a veteran regulator.

She is also a Keynesian which puts her at a disadvantage in handling the likes of Goldman Sachs or the Fed.

That being said she is awesome, I lover her integrity.
