I'm not surprised. I lived in Georgia.

It's always cops on duty were "just doing their job" and thus not responsible for any horrible mistakes made. Like failing to verify the person they were searching for was even AT the house before conducting the raid, and ascertaining who actually was there.

You mean doing some surveillance on the home first?

That isn't as much fun as getting the Tac Ops equipment out and having a blast.

I bet a librul like you blames the cops, and doesn't understand they have a tough job. They don't have time to actually verify the house they're assaulting contains the perp, or innocent people.

They found nothing in the home but "Residue" which is cop speak for an amount for small, we can't really charge him. That "Residue" was probably found after doing a 200% effort maximum search afterwards costing the taxpayer tens of thousands in order to provide some cover for the baby grenading.

Just like when they raid the wrong home, don't find anything the first two times they search, then find a half-smoked roach miraculously the third time they search the place - some cop has smoky hands.

Cops have been putting Tac Ops first and civilian (and their own) safety second since around Waco.

"Gee, why don't we just pull up next to an unarmed, jogging David Koresh during his daily run and throw him in the back of a van?"

"Naah, then we don't get to use the ram, the assault vehicle, and carry AR-15s. Plus, less overtime."

Stupid ass jury doesn't care until it's their kid who's face is blown off.

IN this day and age we'd all probably be safer without Cops.
Between the political cluster fuck that weeds out highly qualified individuals with the appropriate fortitude to resolve conflict with out indiscriminately shooting a gun or throwing grenades. Then there's all of the petty political wrangling that goes with that job, they are already unqualified. But are put to the most scrutiny like they are Vin Diesel playing Sherlock holmes, when the truth is they are more like Justin Bieber playing a minority in a government job. Most cops today were ex thugs and gangbangers them selves. Just because these creeps turn their lives around, all of their past murders and drive bys are all forgiven. And they are considered Poetic when they freestyle about their exploits from their youth.

On top of that every election year, these guys pay get's a haircut, because everyone at City hall knows damn well how underqualified they are for the job anyway.

We should hire private firms like Dog the bounty hunter to protect and serve. Call Dog when you have a break in, and ask him to pick you up a ham sandwich on the way over. Now that's protect and serve.

This kinda incident is not limited to Georgia.
