It is part of a catheter (Foley-catheter).
It's why Hillary Clinton wears baggy, oversized clothing such as bulky pantsuits and such.

Wow, that is clearly the outline of a catheter in that Pantsuit photo above!
So where is Bill? Shouldn't he be by her side helping her up stairs and into vans?
This election is going to be fun. Now people are speculating that the Hillary that came out of Chelsea's apartment was a stunt/body double!!

A video that shows a stumbling Hillary Clinton being taken into a van by security officers shows strange metals falling from her pant leg.
The video was shot during the September 11 anniversary ceremony in New York. Early reports said that the video was first posted on the subreddit for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. The footage quickly became viral.
The footage slows down several times then zooms in, so one can see something falling out of Clinton’s pant leg. Seconds after this, two men in black hold her by the arms and take her into the van. It seems like she has fainted.

Although the metallic object has not yet been identified, some claim they can hear a metallic sound, too.
After the 9/11 commemoration ceremony, her doctor said that she had pneumonia. This unusual incident apparently led to further scrutiny of the Democratic nominee’s health and her campaign’s transparency.
On Friday, she was diagnosed with pneumonia and was medicated with antibiotics. Her doctor, Lisa Bardack, advised her to rest and change her schedule, as reported by CNN.
“While at this morning’s event, she became overheated and dehydrated. I have just examined her and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely,†said Bardack, who is also the chairman of internal medicine at the Mount Kisco Medical Group.
After the metal object incident took place, supporters of the Trump campaign were fast to speculate that the Democratic presidential nominee wore leg braces. As of now, no evidence supporting this claim have been released.
On Sunday, Democratic nominees campaign blatantly rejected questions regarding her Friday diagnosis. During the early hours of the incident, the campaign stated that Hillary Clinton felt “overheated.â€
