She is on very potent blood thinners as she suffered from deep vein thrombosis & also had a severe concussion that obligated her to wear specialized eyeglasses, in addition to the bizarre tics, head movements, non-correlated eye movement, muscle issues, fainting, extreme fatigue (her aides were researching Provigil), seizures and exorcism.
I'm sure that even insinuating that there's even a possibility that her eyes often appear to move in an odd, abnormal manner, independently of each other, as trained physicians have pointed out as something often indicative of possible underlying brain/neurological issues, is "sexist."

I actually had to watch the video of her a few times before I caught the left eye lag. Something's wrong with this woman.
