Ewan McGregor has the right to say FUCK YOU &
BOYCOTT!
"He goes on to write that feminism is “about striving to be so good at what you do that your gender is irrelevant, then making sure you are rewarded in the same way as a man.” Hundreds of years of gender inequality can just be attributed to the fact that women simply aren’t as good at what they do."

What chu gonna do sluts, cunts ,bitches?
Just using the words that are in Morgans mind?

Put Morgan in a ring with a female ultimate fighter.
He can find out how good women are at their job.

HEY YOU says

women simply aren’t as good at what they do

This is somewhat related to my Election bitches thread ...

https://patrick.net/1301811/election-bitches-ready-my-lips-the-vote-of-women-in-boston-and-nyc-don-t-matter

I'd disagree with Piers on one count, it's not that women aren't capable of high quality work, white collar or otherwise, it's that many of them are just plain lazy.

I mean why is it that there are so many east Asian, south Asian, and eastern European (plus Persian) women in American STEM programs, but not native born white American women? Is it that it's just plain easier to go the MBA route and be an advertising director than let's say a digital media programmer/analyst, you know, the "ethnic" woman in the office?

And as for Madonna, why is it that after so many years ... that she's nowhere near the capability of let's say Chrissie Hynde, Annie Lennox, or Debbie Harry, some of her earlier role models? Why does the "Material Girl" need an army of song writers, instrumentalists, and choreographers to produce her act? Those aforementioned fermale rockers, within a span of less than a decade, put out higher quality work than Madonna, for her entire multi-decade career. And yes, I'd never heard of let's say ... Ms Harry trash talking men, as a way of propping up her capabilities. Her mid 70s to early 80s work has stood the test of time and today, she's considered among the greatest American female singers.

Let me summarize ...

Chrissie Hynde/Debbie Harry ... true feminism where by virtue of talent and hard work, achieved greatness during their respective careers. These are great American women.

Madonna ... pretentious white trash but pseudo-elitist, who'd used shock-jock tactics, along with an army of song writers, instrumentalists, and choreographers, to produce a phony baloney studio product for the gullible masses.

Yeah, FUCK YOU Madonna! In response to your so-called Gettysburg Address of the protest.

south Asian

I personally chafe at term 'South Asian', as if muslims and non-muslims are same.

far more non-muslims from India than muslims and far more from India (south India, to be specific) and far more from India than from Pakistan and Bangladesh, even when adjusted for population.

Sounds like Piers Morgan is speaking mind, now that he isn't reined in by CNN

The term South Asia is simply a geographic demarcation of all those countries: India, Nepal, Sri Lanka along with Bangladesh & Pakistan, since Afghanistan is the start of central Asia and Iran is the start of the middle east, whereas Burma/Myanmar is the start of Southeast Asia. It's not about religion nor the original British Raj's holdings, since that was a near contiguous empire from Iran to Singapore with a slight gap in the Thai border region.

People in this country (Indian hyphen Americans)use it to lump muslims and non muslims together. Not you necessarily, but basically Indians growing up/living in large metro areas.

South Asian is meant to be a PC all inclusive term although two countries, Pakistan and Bangladesh are Muslim countries and think differently than Indians(muslims in India not included)

40% of all STEM people from India come from two states are mostly non muslims from India, and, more specifically from south India(AP, Tamilnadu). Over 70% in the United States coming in last 15 years are from one of these two states with AP quite far ahead.

It's actually more than that, once you peel off a certain layer of the onion.

The Chinese, Koreans, and Japanese see themselves as true Asians, whereas the ppls of India ... are these "Sudanese-looking" (read: Black) ppls of Asia.

Thus, these northern KKK-types don't want to be associated with the ppls of the Indian continent.

And then, these northern Asians (once again, see Chinese, Koreans, and Japanese) want to separate from Southeast Asians (read: Cambodian, Lao, Thai, Filipino, Indonesian, etc) because they're from the fairer skinned ppl of the northern nations.

Over time, the geographic demarcation of 'South Asia', separated the white Asians (see Soviet Central Asia/Middle East) and the fair-skinned/Mongolian/Altaic Asians (see China/Korea/Japan) from the ppls of the Indian subcontinent, along with southeast Asia.

In reality, it's racism among Asian races. I don't believe that this is a result of pure Anglo-American racism but that of Asians themselves.

Ask yourself this question ... whenever there's this big Asian-American pow-wow, why is it that Indians, as oppose to Chinese/Korean/Japanese/etc are less invited to those events?
