Many false rape accusations could be eliminated by requiring courts to assume the logical thing: that a women who voluntarily remains alone in a bedroom with an unrelated man has consented to sex with that man.

There should be zero exemptions to this, definitely not for alcohol consumption.

They need to expand this principle to exclude the vague "voluntarily" altogether, and allow the woman being tied gagged to bedroom wall or the bed.

They should just throw people in jail for false accusations. Make them think twice.

bring back chastity belts with fingerprint sensors. must register fingerprints and authorize for sex on facebook while simultaneously friending 1 million of the nameless faceless mob as neutral party observers...

@FortWayne the problem currently is that there is no way to decide in the "he said she said" situation, which is the normal situation. The the guy is either declared guilty by default, or they just drop it and she still wins by making the guy's life hell, which is her goal most of the time.

She takes no risk by making the accusation, ever. So the right thing is to judge by the circumstance. Did she willfully go into his bedroom and voluntarily remain there? That should be classified as consent.

No. If they get naked, she has consented to sex.
