I think it is about time that women who falsely accuse men of rape get prosecuted and jailed. 5 years is probably too short, but at least it is not just a slap on the wrist. This case is from England, but when will an American false accuser go to jail for 5 years? I have not seen one such case yet. What is the longest setenece a US woman has received for making false accusations How long did she actually end up serving?

The CPS said Palmer had "indulged in consensual sexual activity" with the victim, 22, and launched a "malicious campaign" after he rejected her.

If a woman makes 4 false rape accusations, she gets a sentencing discount: Just 10 years, or just 2.5yrs for each accusation. Even after one of the men falsely accused was convicted based on the false accusation.
