Funny to reference Mencken in a thread like this when he was an out-right racist and anti-semite. While he was an equal opportunity offender, he really went far beyond the norm on the "black problem" and most liberals will not quote him today. It wasn't like this was from the mid-19th century. His active work was in the early 1900s and he should have known better.
He did have some great quotes on general society, however.
