Nutrition plays a role but compared to suicides and opiod / drug deaths rising among white males it's insignificant. If Trump told Ukraine: "Give me $1million and I will send you aid." ; If Trump told Bashar al-Asaad "Give me $1 million and I'll remove our troops from Syria." these could lead to impeachment.
If Trump ran a red light and killed someone, or assaulted someone, or shot someone, this serious crime would lead to impeachment.
Trump has committed no crime, and cannot be impeached.

Clinton was guilty of perjury which wasn't a crime serious enough to be removed from office; he was impeached but probably should not have been.

I think the water is missing because too many people have centralized in cities, and they have diverted water meant for other regions, depleting everything that surrounds them(See Phoenix, LA, etc).
