They got approval and funding to file down ALL of her perfectly healthy teeth and install crowns! The family was actually grateful to the dental office because they paid little to nothing out of pocket.

The so called "Credit dentist" chains hire indebted fresh graduates and pressure the fuck out of them to sell profitable procedures. This has been well known for decades.

Of course, there are the usual suspects who don't diagnose patients, they diagnose insurance coverage and render a treatment plan accordingly up to the limits of coverage. Guess who clamor to breach our borders to engage in such plundering of our social welfare networks?

It goes all the way up the medical food chain. In California, MediCal indictments are regular, but probably don't cover a fraction of the abuses. There were heart surgeons conducting heart operations on healthy patients a couple of years ago 'because coverage' that were caught.
