The whole problem is federal government involvement in what should be left to the states. The article referred to Federal budget cuts, look at the context. They’re pissed that Trump’s admin took money away. Well, Feds shouldn’t be funding this shit in the first place, nor be taxing states residents to fund it from the Federal level either. States need to stand up and limit the Fed gov they created back into the box created in the constitution. Otherwise all of this complaining is just propaganda noise.
