All electronics should have a real hardware off switch. Not just cameras, etc.
There has already been way too much spying going on via our phones and computers.
You cannot trust a software off switch. Hardware is the only way.
You also want the ability to disable speakers because they are used to broadcast ultrasonic tracking signals:
