For Indus valley civ, Vedic period starts at 1500BC. In Rig veda there is mention of River saraswati. Which western historians try to put it in some imaginary Aryan Land. But if you see the Rig veda it mentions that saraswati is the biggest river of all the rivers that people in that area know. And they mention all the rivers also in NW of india in Rig Veda.
