With the bond yield adjustment, what are variable interest loan payment changes looking like?

Does anyone know what % of current loans are variable rate?

With forebearances, some of the loans are adjusting the payment rate up, and keeping the same term on the loan. Any idea what % of these loans are going to get this upward adjustment?

How do I keep an eye on the "stealth" liquidity adjustments treasury and/or the fed are pumping into bonds to drive down yields without making "policy changes" ?

What % of loans do you guys think will fail, and how much pain will there be before the fed starts QE jumbo? Will bank stocks tumble before fed support steps in? Will house prices take a hit?

Will there be mortgage debt forgiveness proposed the same way student loan debt forgiveness is proposed?

If there is, then that would create the Mother of all Moral Hazards.

I'd go out and get a 120% down loan and just wait for the next 'forgiveness' to come around. So will the bank.

Over 100 million other people will do the same damn thing. @G36

@Patrick, guessing you are fine with this one, right? It just doesnt work the other way around (when i do it)

@HunterTits Would they put an income restriction on the forgiveness though? I.e you only get a sliding scale forgiveness if you make less than X $ per year ? That's what a lot of programs like this currently have happen

No one on this site @'s someone unless they're asking them a question. That's always the way it has been as far as I can remember. You just use @ as a trolling technique. And now you're whining about it. Hypocrite much?

I would have to think that with interest rates this low, anyone who can is going fixed rate.

No, the unpoken rule is just don't be a dick.

Also, for the women if there are any, don't be a cunt.

Though I've met some men who are cunts as well. Equal opportunity!

Yeah as with everything. The people who actually support society with their work and taxes will get zero.

Anyone with a brain.

But I clearly remember Alan Greenspan pushing adjustable rate mortgages on people just before the massive crash in 2001. Asshole.

Don't tell me you expect it to be any other way. You cannot get blood out of a stone. We are either going to end up with some kind of genocide, 3rd world shitistan or the poor are going to be taken care of financially. I do not believe there are any other options.

That's when all of this shit started I think. With ol' Alan and Black Friday back in the 80s... I was just a little kid shooting birds n' stuff in the woods that week. Another kids with a BB gun told me about it when we crossed paths.

Hahaha...beauty of this is he can't retaliate because I have him on ignore. @G36

Nothing of his shows up in my mail box. Awesome!

First off, these are nice titties.

He doesnt see any of my posts. I'd like to mess with him a little bit (lets say for 6 months). At this point he thinks that I have my notifications on and he assumes that I get annoyed by emails to the address I used to sign up for Patrick.net. He also seems to be motivated to use @G36 at any of his posts and it might even make him post more if he thinks it really annoys me.
What I would like one of you readers to do is, quote the following:

"That's really annoying. HunterTits keeps using @G36 on all his posts. Patrick, please help."

I think that will do the trick and he will just go nuts with his strategy. I want to see if he could keep this up for 6 months or so. Lets have some fun with this!
