Proteins were once considered as something that should be consumed sparingly. Remember the food guide pyramid?



Look carbohydrates are the best thing for you! Look at how much water people were supposed to consume.

Cholesterol was blamed for heart attacks and stokes, but statins - which reduces cholesterol but at the expense of removing a protective cholesterol around your NEURONS, this is why so many dementia patients are on statins - and taking statins does not statistically increase lifespan. Eggs got a bad rap due to this for years. I remember when it was recommended that you never eat more than 3 eggs, a week.

Natural medicines have LONG been placed into the category of "quack medicine" - and some of it indeed is, but certainly not all of it.

For nutrition and medical information, we have been given bad information for ages.

The point is, this "pandemic" is just more BS.

To be fair that food pyramid is not that bad - its main error is demonizing fats by putting them in the same category as sweets. And overstating the benefits of carbs vs protein and fats, but there's nothing wrong with eating 6 slices of bread a day if you work hard. The main point is to avoid too much added (and to a lesser degree naturally occurring) sugar. Rice is also pretty good for you, and so are (organic) potatoes. Of course you could switch out the carbs section with the meat/poultry/fish section for (mostly) better results. People used to do manual labor mainly and work hard all day in the fields, and carbs are good for quick ATP production, if you work had enough you will almost always deplete your glycogen stores and can eat plenty of carbs. If you have mostly a thinking, stationary job (and don't work out enough to compensate) then a high fat low carb diet is likely better for you.

Noooo! Remember the book I recommended by Edward Bernays? It's about marketing, but it explains what this woman is doing.

She's paid to wear this dress. She didn't independently decide to wear this dress - it was manufactured for her, and she was paid to wear it. These are not her beliefs, the whole point of her wearing it was to generate PR - public relations, what Edward Bernays called propaganda.

You are incorrect to believe she has any belief in BLM. She's making money and her principles have nothing to do with it. It's a publicity stunt.
