Was at the hospital yesterday and got the nephew's cast off. Never been to the place, so stop at the front desk to get directions to the children's area. With kids in tow I wasn't going to cause a ruckus. They asked me to put on a mask from their self serve bin. Needless to say in my attempt to grab one mask I accidentally pulled out all of them onto the floor. My bad.... lol.

One of my good friends is a Dr. For a major healthcare provider in ATL. He is 39 and on 5 scripts for BP, cholesterol, anxiety/depression, acid reflux and something else.

Small diet changes would likely correct the majority of his pre existing conditions.

He is STILL freaked out about covid and guarantee you he got the shots.

Be a fucked up person, DON'T touch anxiety or depression pills EVER. You're better off smoking pot or taking some low dose edibles. I have massive anxiety. I've literally thrown up from it with no outside influence that I could peg down like food or a hangover. I will never, ever take pills for it though from big Pharma. I don't know a person on them that ends up better than their prior self. Plus you're just throwing more shit at your body that has to be filtered via the gut, liver, etc. It's not healthy.

BP is tricky. As I've said before I'm a touch overweight, but have always had high BP even when I was lean. That generally is a mild script though on the body and is a net benefit. AR I just hit with some tums after a pizza and beer night. On vacation (not the user) I will pregame daily with Prilosec as we'll be eating out and drinking more than normal to help with AR issues. Beyond that I don't even take pain relievers anymore.

I feel like the more pills you dump into your body, the worse it makes it. I've learned to deal with pain, but really don't have much of it. I liken pain to a fire alarm. You want to hear it so you know where the fire is or if there even is a fire. If I had popped pills after my heel fracture I may have thought I was fine and caused more damage that would have required surgery.

I'm not lean and thin, but not obese, yet have high BP, so that's a tough one. Like you said though a diet change would probably do wonders. That goes for anyone really.

It's actually rather simple, use Allisure Allicin, a natural vasodilator & BP lowering extract from Garlic. Only get the Allisure one as the other Allicins are not fully converted and for use as the final ingredient.

I used to have severe anxiety/depression and acid reflux. I tried meds years back but they just tranquilized me. I've tried a bunch of supplements too, but the best ones that provided the most relief for anxiety/depressionary symptoms were ashwaghanda and gaba.

I tried every diet known to man (vegan, Paleo, whole30, high carb) for relief and none helped. It wasn't until I switched to a higher fat, low carb and cut out all grains and all the anxiety/depression/reflux disappeared in two days. I eat a lot of avocados, coconut milk, grass fed organic meats and veggies. I stay away from sugar/carby stuff like the plague.

I feel great now. Calm, rational, easy going. The American diet is highly inflammatory. Cut out the inflammation and your body will thank you.

Might be worth trying.

Wrong... the facts are facts. The theories are theories. "the virus was developed at the Wuhan Institute of Virology" is a theory not a known fact.

The facts we have are that NIH funded research into bat coronaviruses, right? It's OK to suspect that could have been secretly used to fund gain-of-function, and that's in the hypothesis territory.

The bat/we market natural origin has been thoroughly disproved, so there's an 80%-100% chance it came from the lab, depending on whether you can come up with any other "possible" explanations. It's pretty much a given at this point, the lab workers (and then nearby residents) infections, unnatural genome sequence etc.
