Have you paid tuition yet? If so, hope you used a credit card. Never pay on time and stop paying, charge everything back that you can for inconvenience. If the kid(s) must stay on find an MD that writes an exemption for the kid. They'd still be screwed via testing and mask wearing but you can easily puncture the mask, but testing will be a bitch

Nebraska Wesleyan just granted my daughter an "extension" on the requirement to have the jab. The requirement is extended until the FDA approves the jab, not just an emergency approval. Hopefully such an approval is years away.

The lawsuit was filed June 25, 2021, in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California in Sacramento on behalf of three Chico State students.

The plaintiffs are Austin Higley of Grass Valley; and Kyle and Ryan Clark, twin brothers from Rocklin. The lawsuit names several plaintiffs, including California State University, Chico State President Gayle Hutchinson, the CDC, FDA, and Dr. Anthony Fauci.

In the lawsuit filed by attorney Peter J. Gibbons, the students said they all contracted and recovered from COVID-19 in early 2020. They said the CSU requirement that they receive a COVID-19 vaccine before returning to class in the fall places them at risk of dying.

But, a judge recently sided with Indiana University and their vaccine requirement and there is other past precedent for the courts favoring vaccine requirements.

Legit reason I won't take it. Big Pharma has money and can sometimes buy approval. Fact it is the emergency approval is all I need to know. They've approved plenty of stuff that has killed people and retracted approval later. So the regulator on drugs hasn't approved it technically. I'm out. Not taking it. Can't force me or my children either.

Most of us aren't "anti-vaxxers". I'm not, I just don't believe in trivially getting a vaccine.

The flu shot, I know that's at best 33% effective, and often makes people ill. The flu isn't horrific do go through anyhow. My uncle died of the flu at 72. That's 22 years away for me. I'm still never getting a flu shot.

But polio? Well, I think that's generally a good idea. Measles and mumps? No - I think I had them both as a kid. When I was a kid, I was INTENTIONALLY infected with chickenpox. One of the kids came down with it, my mother invited the parents and kids over, we played together, and shock of shocks, I got it. It's not a fun disease to have, but I had it. It's not life threatening.

Diseases that are really deadly, yeah, get a vaccine. But a disease that is an annoyance, avoid it.

The problem I have with this vaccine, is that it's untested. To my knowledge, and I could be wrong, there's never been an mRNA or DNA vaccine, even for animals.

I'm not an early adopter. Being an engineer, I've worked on "cutting edge products", the first generation is always the worst. It's only after you release it to the public, you find out just how much you've messed up.

If this vaccine proves to be detrimental, the FDA can retain some of its credibility.

If it's really detrimental, if people start dropping dead in 3 years, I seriously think it will be necessary to go after the people who were pushing this endlessly, in government and news media. I think it will be a moral requirement.

This should come as no surprise, even if the "vaxxine" were effective. Vaccines don't guarantee that you never test "positive" but rather that you don't get sick (beyond very mild symptons). PCR is a scam.
