What's the most important finding in the above?

It's not that some bioavailable Que is some "super vitamin" but that when ppl stay in a hospital for 2 or less days, chances are, they won't ever be on the road to being on a respirator.

The longer the thing lingers in the pulmonary system, the weaker one's lungs get and eventually, fall into a cytokine storm.

OK, I'm going to keep eating capers. Also because I've developed a taste for them!

Patrick, the thing here is that we never even needed HCQ, all this time.

A regimen of Zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Quercetin Phytosome (all of whom are supplements), so FDA has no oversight on any of them, would have ended this thing by mid 2020.

I mean it's obvious that ppl aren't in the hospital for more than a 3 day period in the Que group. In other words, it's both an antiviral and an anti-inflammatory which keeps one away from the respirator.

@rin

Do you think this would be good enough just one a day?

I'm also wondering if it would help with my mild allergies.

Thorne usually has high quality supplements and they do have a Quercetin phytosome

That 500 mg is Quercetin Dihydrate, which is not the bioavailable formulation. And they're using the standard Bromelain mix approach which isn't all that special.

Yes, excellent company & their Phytosome is 250 mg so it's not like they're selling lots of everything else, with a sliver, like 50 mg of Quercetin Phytosome, to make up for the lack of Que.

A lot have completely knocked out their spring allergies when they increased their daily Que.

What do you think about this combination?

Sounds good.

Here's another article on the Phytosome version vs the regular one ...

That's clearly over 6 hours at peak concentration in vivo which is not bad.
