This is an example why military draft is good. Besides resistance to foreign wars, men who go through draft and war are no pussies and stand up for what is right.

I agree.

The Second Amendment exists for very good reason.

And general military training was a major reason the Roman Empire lasted so long. They failed and were repeatedly invaded when they stopped that.

Audit doesn't matter.

The MIC runs the nation now, and that's the Military Industrial Complex, and the Intelligence agencies and judicial system takes orders from them.

The audit's true results, will come out when the Durham report does. The very most you can hope for is a white wash, what you should expect, is absolutely nothing but rumors.

I’ve been trying to keep up with the firehose of information about what’s going on during this clusterfuck of an election. Last night I was on Facebook talking about the crazy high, 3rd world dictatorship level voter turnout levels in the deep blue areas of these swing states was very suspicious. Somebody gas lighted me about how “I’d have to do better than that”, so this was my quick reply, listing off the questionable bullshit I could think of off the top of my head:

The massive turn out alone is a red flag.

But as for doing better…

The late night spikes that were enough to close all the Trump leads are a red flag.

The statistically impossible breakdown of the ratios of these vote dumps is a red flag.

The ratios of these dumps being far better than the percentages in the bluest of blue cities, even though the historical data does not match, red flag.

The ratios of these vote dumps favoring Biden more in these few battlegrounds than the ratio for the rest of the country (even the bluest of the blue) red flag.

Biden outperforming Obama among these few urban vote dumps, even though Trump picked up points in every demographic group in the rest of the country, red flag.

The poll observers being removed. Red flag.

The counters cheering as GOP observers are removed, red flag.

The fact that the dem observers outnumber the GOP observers 3 to 1, red flag (and basis of the first lawsuit filed)

The electioneering at the polls (on video), red flag.

The willful violation of the court order requiring the separation of ballots by type, red flag.

USPS whistleblower reporting to the Inspector General that today they were ordered to backdate ballots to yesterday, red flag.

The video of 2 AM deliveries of what appear to be boxes of ballots with no chain of custody or other observers right before the late night miracle spikes, red flag.

Any of those things would be enough to trigger an audit in the normal world. This many flags and I’d be giggling in anticipation of catching some thieves.

And it isn’t that I have to do better. I’m just an gen pop observer who happens to be a retired auditor with a finely tuned bullshit detector. This is going to the courts.

It's fucking maddening out here in CA. People are fucking compliant as fuck, almost everyone wears masks.

However, I learned that since they are compliant, that means they won't argue with me too. Have not worn masks, if someone says something I tell them I won't do it with list of excuses, they generally go away. I miss Florida, down there no one gave a shit about masks, felt like a free man. Here I feel like a fucking slave.

Wow, the Governor of Georgia, Brian Kemp, was booed off the stage Saturday at a Georgia Republican Party event. They wouldn’t let him speak. It is amazing how the people get what happened in Georgia, and elsewhere! The election was rigged, and everybody knows it. Kemp refused to call a Special Session of the Legislature, and did absolutely nothing. Now our Country is going to hell!

Only one objection by a senator was required to stop the process. In a roughly 15-minute back-and-forth, Cruz tanked Schumer's attempt to force the election bill through the Senate. Cruz blasted the bill in remarks on the Senate floor:

If you need a reminder of how bad HR 1 is (with the Orwellian title "For The People), let me remind you what it would do:

Force states to use universal mail-in ballots and a slew of things like online voter registration/early voting.
Allow anyone with a record in a state or federal database - especially anyone with an ID or government records of any kind - to be automatically registered to vote without checking citizenship status.
Force states to count ballots that arrive up to 10 DAYS AFTER THE ELECTION.
Force states to allow mass drop-offs of ballots, a tactic used in "harvesting" operations where people collect ballots - either by paying people or stealing from them - and filling them out in bulk.
Ban voter ID.
Bar state and local election officials from maintaining voter rolls and eligibility.
Redraw congressional districts according to the whims of unelected bureaucrats who would work at the behest of the Dems.
Allow illegal immigrants to count in congressional counts and have representation in D.C.
Allow criminals to vote the second they step out of prison.
Put red tape in place to make it harder for grassroots organizations to fundraise and get their platform out.
Allow private political donations to be made public. Hint: those who give wrongly will get cancelled.

Like I said, God bless Ted Cruz. Don't let the Capitol destroy the nation.

Well, they are establishing a template for forensic audits in other states, so they want to be extra careful. However, that's always what the government claims when they slow walk the DOJ crap, and then just dismiss it when the finite attention span of the public wanders onto some other hot topic.

We won't know until something is actually produced.

Back in 2000, the Florida State Legislature had a bill all drafted and ready to vote on to do just that had SCOTUS ruled the other way in Bush v. Gore.

If you sign a contract with another party, and that party has committed fraud when entering into the agreement, no court will enforce that contract against you if your try to back out of it...If fraud is proven to have been committed in a presidential election, that act of fraud vitiates the Electoral College votes cast by that state.

No, it does not. Because Electors are chosen via a method of the State Legislature's choosing, not voters (even if that method of choosing punts it to voters). And no contract law is involved here anyway.

Are you saying it's OK to cheat? Or just that there is nothing that can be done about all of the cheating because it's too late? Something else?
153   Ceffer   2021 Aug 29, 4:53pm

I think part of it is that in order to have continuity, the process is a kind of one way street under the presumption that bad government is better than no government under a series of chaotic do's and undo's, which can operate for either side indefinitely. Let the ongoing processes under auspices of aware citizens deal with it over time rather than precipitously have two sides grabbing the rudder away from each other during a storm..

However, as we see with Biden and the Globalists, they are operating under an accelerated timeline to destroy the country. What happens if the 'process' is so lethargic that they are successful and no alternate process is allowed to ever take place again?

I think in times past the diffusion of information was slower, as were the processes of government. What is happening now is unpredictable as to whether 'The People' can pull it back from the precipice.

Sounds good to me:

We now have dueling opinions floating around in the public square over whether Arizona will be able to decertify its electors after fraud is definitively proven in the forensic audit report. Every media talking head says it can’t happen. The Supreme Court seems to disagree with that opinion in Chiafalo v. Washington. The states have broad, plenary power under the Constitution, specifically in the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, over how they handle their electors.

Here’s another important legal phrase you may have seen tossed around quite a bit the past few months: “Fraud vitiates everything it touches.”

“Vitiates” means to legally destroy something, or to render it null and void. This long-established legal phrase and principle has been used in more than 3,500 court judgments since the 1800s. It means that if fraud is used to perpetuate anything, that thing becomes moot, null, void, unenforceable under the law. If you sign a contract with another party, and that party has committed fraud when entering into the agreement, no court will enforce that contract against you if your try to back out of it.

If fraud is proven to have been committed in a presidential election, that act of fraud vitiates the Electoral College votes cast by that state. Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada and other states absolutely have authority to recall their electors and force them to faithfully cast new votes for the rightful winner of the 2020 election – or, to simply strip their votes away from the fraudulent candidate who cheated.

No. I just think the reversibility of elections seems to be frowned upon in general, even with skulduggery. It seems in the past, both sides wound up accepting levels of cheating rather than disrupting the engines of public discourse.

I would love to see the bastards swing myself, I just don't see any precedents for reversing what has happened. Remember, historically both sides have been cheating at one level or another all along. It's the Roman Law idea that corruption is acceptable as long as it does not reach a certain level of heightened public perception. That it has become so audacious, brazen and presumptive is what is shocking. The arrogance of the corruption is appalling, so I think even the skeevy Roman law has been violated at the level of public perception.

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/08/28/j-christian-adams-15-million-mail-ballots-unaccounted-for-2020-election/

The president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) told Breitbart News Washington political editor Matt Boyle on Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Saturday that 15 million mail ballots were unaccounted for in the 2020 presidential election.

“This is the worst way to run an election, what they did in 2020,” J. Christian Adams, president of PILF, told host Boyle in an interview: “The Election Assistance Commission, which is a federal agency … puts out a report every two years. … One of the things it has … is the number of mail ballots that were sent out, the number of mail ballots that came back, and the number of mail ballots that were straight-up rejected, meaning the election officials said there was a defect.”

“This is not data that we are speculating about,” he added. “This is federal data, and that’s where we get the 15 million number. Fifteen million ballots were sent in the mail last year that never ever came back and were counted” (emphasis added).

Adams said that “some of them, we don’t know where they are, they’re just gone. That tells you the system broke down. That tells you that probably ballots came back that were counted for the wrong people. The whole thing is a mess. It can’t be repeated again. And that’s the problem with mail balloting. We’re giving the idiots at the post office control over our government.”

As for being totally cynical: The reality of the 2016 elections proves that it sure as fuck PAYS to cheat...esp when using the Electoral College meet & vote deadline to get away with it.

Because above all Americans were desperate for another Neocon cunt warmonger that was obviously corrupt, voted for the Iraq War that Bush lied us into and everybody loved, and basically only got to her position by murdering JFK Junior and being a fucking whore for the establishment.

Yes, that's exactly what the American population wanted as president, another fucking George W. Bush clone, another establishment meat puppet controlled by the military industrial complex.

If you recall, and you probably don't, there was attempts at reviewing the vote by Jill Stein, and it wasn't the REPUBLICANS that resisted this overview, it was the Democrats. Why do you think the DNC was desperate to stop auditing of the 2016 election when that crusty all murdering cunt Clinton LOST the election and only could gain from a review?

It's TRIVIAL to make an honest election system that can easily be reviewed. The reason this isn't done, is we haven't had honest elections in decades.

The reason the intelligence agencies murdered Seth Rich is that he had good evidence that the primary was stolen on behalf of Hillary Clinton. Jesus, what's the point of FOIA releases if you just fucking ignore them?

No. Because all anyone has to do is fuck things up in a few parts of the country...and keep them fucked up with help from complicit judges and state legislatures...long enough for the EC to vote in mid-December.

I'm saying we COULD have a completely trustworthy and verifiable voting system. This is, from a technical standpoint, possible to do.

But it won't be done, because our government exists ONLY because of the current corruption. Nancy Pelosi, Mitt Romney, John McCain, Maxine Waters - they aren't interested in reform because they most likely, aren't elected.

No. Revolution.

Civil war is when there's two or more factions in the country fighting for control.

Revolution is when everybody figures out who the enemy is. Trump did a remarkable job of identifying the enemy. I think that's why he is so hated and reviled by our intelligence agencies, and our propaganda apparatus. He did in just 4 years what I've dreamed of doing for the last 20. He completely destabilized our corrupt establishment. CNN had less than 1 million viewers for every one of their shows for an entire week.

Political Power grows out the barrel of a gun.

One thing we do have going for us is that when the propaganda breaks down, where are the Oligarch's guns? Purple Haired Urban Dwelling Avocado Toast eaters are not known for their military service, martial skills, or gun nut behavior. Lumpenproles hold .25 Autos sideways and are more interested in stealing bikes or selling crack; they are less suited for patrolling forest than their ancestors in the Vietnam Era - they don't even hang on the street corners anymore, but get high and game on their Playstations.

There were 550,000 US active troops (+200,000 more down the Pacific Supply Routes) to fight in Vietnam, a country only a third larger than the state of Florida. That's NOT including Ruff Puffs or ARVN.

There are less than 500,000 Active Army Troops, right now. National Guard and Reserves perhaps another 550,000. Total, currently enrolled.
