LOL, that poor prosecutor, he just can't get any of his technical witnesses carry water for the prosecution, like the Car Lot brother POC, who just hates white people and was trying like hell to say that Kyle was a rogue redneck there and none of them had his permission, and he didn't want them there. He was going out of his way to not answer damning questions from the defense, but elaborated for the prosecution time and time again. The corner medical examiner, isn't willing to agree with the prosecution that Rosenbaum was just trying to swipe the gun away.

This trial was planned the minute Kyle and his buddies stepped foot in Kenosha while the Soros Pinkertons were raging and rioting.

They just didn't plan on Kyle taking out their assets. You see how Grossgrits was coached in the finer art of lying your ass off in Courts. Did everyone notice, the way he would look at the Jury to mansplain his narrative. He also said, when he turned around to walk away, he turned back around, because Kyle cocked his gun. Which in his mind, and his feelings, was the same as if Kyle had shot him in the back. Typical liberal equation, like Kyle is guilty even if people were trying to kill him, because he provoked them by being there.

Conservatives are always accountable, and also have the burden to answer to Liberal fantasy projections. Democrats are never held accountable, because they are granted reactionary privilege to any thing they politically perceive as Republicans being racists.

There are very few rednecks in that area. You have to get South of 80 in IL, West of 39 in IL and North of 94(ish) in WI. Are there rednecks? Sure. But the boundaries I give are mostly affluent white people, Chicago aside. And laborers who aren't really redneck, but might have a gun.

My wife and I know the region very well, from St. Louis, MO up to Duluth, MN. Technically we're familiar all the way down to the Panhandle of FL. Rittenhouse is far, far away from being a redneck. Not saying that's what you mean, it's just the region is not really redneck for the most part where I live.

I think Kyle had a malfunction when the carbine cycled after he shredded skate board boi's blood pump. Bicep Boi said that Kyle "racked" the rifle. What I think he meant is that Kyle pulled the charging handle back to clear a malfunction and get the carbine back in working order.

I can see how Kyle turned the carbine on its side to look at the ejection port while sitting on the ground. This is classic AR15 manual of arms 101. Kyle demonstrated a good degree of competence in operating the carbine.

There are explosive bullets (don't think they are legal - but they DO exist), but the difference is subtle I would argue. The reason you use a hollow point is to guarantee that you kill the animal by making a huge wound.

Being hit with a bullet is bad enough but you can have a relatively clean entry and exit wound, a hollow point basically expands once you're hit, and you will NOT have a clean exit wound, if it exits at all.

At this point I think defense is trying to mistrial on purpose, this was all for the media.

I don't understand what the fucking DA fuck is fishing for here: it's not their usual "hollowpoints - baaaad", but what is it then? The bullets in Kyle's rifle were of the most common, cheapest of the cheap design. There is nothing "extra-deadly" and "sinister" about them. They do shitload more damage than pistol bullets for sure, but it's because they have much higher powder load behind them, they are shot from a longer barrel and as a result they are moving at much higher speed. I guess the whole point behind constantly repeating "full metal jacket" is to evoke some vague associations with that movie about Vietnam and everything Vietnam is baaad, mkay?
