CNN's internet content department hasn't gotten the memo.

Or, They're probably trying figure out how to reign in their abundant Woke Opinionistas without looking "Oppressive".

Word is CNN is being very, very careful now with their Broadcast Coverage.

Yes, they are now using the much more enlightened terms: "Deputized Pedophiles" and "involuntary Sex Dispensers".

I knew a guy that had a friend over to his place that accessed child pornography at his house when he was there. As a result, he was forced to register as a sexual offender for life although he didn't access it. He thinks he was setup, and he may have been.

If you ever get dragged into court you will be advised to plea. If you don't plea, the defender will warn you that they will throw the book at you. That's our real judicial system.

Prosecutors don't care if you're innocent or guilty, they just want to score a win. They want to appear to be doing something even when they are convicting (a possibly?) innocent person. I also have multiple lawyers in my family, a public defender will defend somebody to their best of their ability even when they are absolutely certain of guilt. A prosecutor will do their best convict somebody even when they are absolutely certain of innocence.

That happened with Rittenhouse. They don't give a fuck if the person is innocent or guilty. I'm sure the prosecutor in the George Floyd/Derek Chauvin considers it quite a victor to have convicted Chauvin because he knows full well Chauvin is innocent. In a layer's mind, they don't care about justice or convicting innocent people or getting guilty people off. That's outside of their job mandate. Trust me, they don't give a shit.

Private lawyers might. Some private lawyers once they are convinced of a person's guilt will resign from the case. That wasn't the case for OJ Simpson though. They don't care. There's a ton of sociopaths as lawyers.

Yup. They teach this in law school.

"They got a process, so it's fine."

This is why legal philosophy and picking lawyers can't be left to Professional Associations.

Who can be a lawyer and how the law is interpreted is probably one of the most important decisions any society can make.

Getting guilty people off is the most lucrative way to practice law.

And putting a 17-year old on the sex offender list because he took a hummer from a girl in the grade below him is the easiest way for a prosecutor to say "I'm tough on sex offenders" when running for DA or Lt. Gov.

Going after an Epstein is too hard, and he might lose. Too many lawyers, too much money for the defense. Ruin his great record. So he'll go after that Senior Football Player who got the Blowie Joey from the Sophomore at a party last summer.

Rodriguez doesn't have any money or car to impound; Elmer does. Charge Elmer and let Rodriguez walk.

I know this, but that's why lawyers are so hated.

The fact that lawyers are needed at all is ridiculous. Our legal system is designed not to protect society at all.

I think we'll see a change in time. Cameras are so cheap, and so pervasive, I expect a complete change in society. It won't be long before everybody is always recorded, the problem with this, is obvious, but it's going to happen.

One thing I've learned in engineering is that if it can be done, it will be done. In time, it will be commonplace for a car to constantly record and there will be no doubt who is at fault in an accident. It's already happening with police officers, which is a good thing - it protects them and the person the cops are going after. It's going to be done, for better or for worse.

Look at Hunter Biden and Joe Biden - he's guilty as hell. He's completely corrupt, but our old system defends him still, but have him dead to rights. You're seeing a slow breakdown of the old system of corruption but I fear the new system of it.

Just on a holiday to Krakow. I decided to visit the Auschwitz museum and have to say I was absolutely horrified to learn that they do not offer non-binary toilets. I ask you, has there ever been another group in history who have suffered as much persecution as transgender people?

The older generation likes to claim that Gen Z are lazy ,selfish, and morally bankrupt. But I ask you this, whenever there is a terrorist attack or major disaster, how many old people make the effort to film graphic videos of the victims and selflessly share them on social media?

The police have been round my house, after my neighbours complained about me hiding puberty blockers in the Halloween candy. Apparently they are taking this very seriously. They have arrested everyone who complained, for transphobia, and offered me counselling. The system works.

If I want to sleep with a person who is married or in a relationship, I temporarily identify as the wife/husband/partner of that person. If they refuse to sleep with me on the basis that I'm "Clearly not that thier wife/husband/partner" I report them for bigotry. Simple.

Last night the police found me spray painting gender affirming lady dicks on my local play park. Several officers were dispatched to apprehend me but I managed to evade capture by repeatedly shouting out new pronouns as I ran, which made it impossible for them to ID me.

Thanks @richwicks that's nice proof of White House fraud.

To calculate the real dislikes on a video, we tabulate only increases to the dislikes, and ignore decreases. On normal YouTube videos (e.g., on PewDiePie's videos), the official YouTube stats and our real stats completely agree. On many White House videos, there is a huge discrepancy between official dislikes and our calculated real dislikes.

I know many lawyers and have taken law courses as an undergrad and grad. I have never heard any lawyer say they would drop the case if the client was guilty. Universally the lawyers proclaim that even a guilty person has a right to representation. And I have heard lawyers brag about getting a guilty person off. Defense attorneys dream of getting a reputation for getting the guilty to beat the rap, then they can charge confiscatory fees to rich crooks. About money, not justice.

Another money maker is the "Attorney Client Privilege." This is jealously guarded by judges and attorneys because it is a big money maker. For example:

Staple Hughes, a North Carolina attorney, revealed his clients's privileged communication in 2004, after his imprisoned client died. Hughes hoped to free the wrongfully convicted, Lee Wayne Hunt from his life sentence. Hughes, stated that his now dead client, confessed that he and he alone committed the double homicide for which Hunt was serving a life sentence. Hughes kept his client's confidence for twenty-two years while Hunt was serving a life sentence for a crime he did not commit.

Hughes felt it was "ethically permissible and morally imperative" that he come forward with the exonerating information, once his own client died. The law, unfortunately disagrees. An attorney is bound by the attorney- client privilege even after the death of his or her client. Because Hughes did not receive his client's consent to reveal the confidential information upon his death, Judge Jack Thompson of the Cumberland County Superior Court in Fayetteville, North Carolina refused to consider Hughes' testimony during the 2007, hearing for a new trial. The judge stated, "Mr. Hughes has committed professional misconduct." The judge reported Hughes to the North Carolina Bar for violating attorney-client privilege and Lee Wayne Hunt remains in prison despite the exculpatory evidence showing his innocence.

http://www.melissasugarwrites.com/2012/10/attorneyclient-privilege-keeps-innocent.html

Another case happened in NY where a lawyer had a client who right up front told him he was guilty of the murder, and then another man went to jail for 27 years. After the lawyer's client died, the lawyer did go to a judge to get the wrongfully convicted man freed. Even so, he allowed an innocent man to go to jail for 27 years and have everyone think he was a murderer. The NY judge did not sanction the attorney in this case, but instead released the innocent man.

Justice is not served by knowingly putting innocent people in jail. But they must preserve the process that keeps lawyers rich.

Best part is how feminists are completely neutered because being on the left they can't complain since it would be "transphobic". So stupid, this is why this country is falling apart, because people are stupid.

It's good in a way though, since it sets the various bigotries of the left against each other.

Odd, Hungary as too "White?" Just because one in European does not mean one looks Anglo-Saxon or Nordic. They have to be north enough to be sufficiently White and non-greasy. Hungarians still have the old Hunnic swarthiness.
