Wouldn’t NFL players and NBA players be dropping dead like flies if this were at all true?
Those guys are pushing their hearts to the limits… especially those heavy lineman in the NFL.
Only bad incident that’s made the news is this:

And he caught Covid before the vaccine.

The football players are juicing - steroids suppress inflammatory immune response. QED, you troll.
Well they don’t all juice… and those that do… juice in the off-season when the NFL isn’t testing. So any anti-inflammatory benefits of juicing is long worn off during regular season play.

Nice try, but this is just a variation of the "no true Scotsman" logical fallacy. Nice way to move the goalposts, given what I and Patrick posted.
It is an interesting point. Why are so many soccer players dropping dead, but not NFL and NBA?

Though there are some on that list:
Parys Haralson (37) former star player at Justice at Madison Central, then Tennessee and in the NFL died suddenly and unexpectedly at home in Jan Jose, California.
Wayne Radford (64), NBA star and former Indianapolis team star, died at his home in Indianapolis.
Brandon Goodwin (26), NBA player suffers blood clots shortly after COVID-19 shot, Possible end of career, still sidelined 7 months later.

The manufacturers weren't even releasing their death batches at the same time. Total coordination. You can even see it how it was an experiment - as the totals drop in a linear fashion as different toxicities were used.
Doesn't ~15,000 deaths on VAERS seem a bit low overall thus far? This is why. In time start adding zeros.

Soccer players do drop like flies though.

And thus, you'll need to take all of the Rin protocol, which includes Quercetin Phytosome, Allisure Allicin, Turmeric w/ Bioperine, White Willow Bark/Aspirin, etc, etc to eventually get back to good.
So for exercise, like anyone recovering from let's say cardiac arrest, going back to the gym, hitting the weights and running the 'miracle mile' (I don't live in LA so I have no idea what that expression means) probably isn't the best idea. Instead, an exercise which encourages muscular movement, flexibility but keeps the heart rate not too far from its resting state is the best.
For this, Tai Chi or its reduced set of Qigong fits the bill.

The above is a 7 min daily routine which I believe, just about anyone could do. And then, as one's condition improves, find more complex sets on the web to perform. All and all, never push for more than one's 50% limit & forget about 'No Pain, No Gain', until you can do a regular workout w/o a racing heart. Yes, it may take a whole year if not more.
