Not saying I think they should be totally forgiven, but they seem to be backing away from the extreme and cementing themselves as a "we will host both liberal and conservative content, and you can work somewhere else if you dont like it." company. While the woke shit, and especially the borderline paedo shit like cuties really bothers me, maybe management has seen the error of their ways and will tread more carefully on the extremes. I think its important that management sees their anti woke changes bear fruit or it will never happen again, not at netflix, nor elsewhere. They may even conclude the attrition wasnt actually due to wokeness after all.

While I've had the thought that I would be plenty happy to see netflix whither and completely die for going woke, as it would scare other companies and make them fear the same fate, I'm not sure if it would work out better in practice. Permanently losing customers sends the best message IMO against going woke, but for it to work, the other companies need to be convinced that the losses were actually due to wokeness, and I think the situation here is muddy.

Also, if netflix died, amazon would prob take the reigns for now, and I'm not sure they would be better, as theyre even more monopolistic and headed by a laughing woke cyborg.

Problem is Netflix is a ways from the SJW barf bag baloney washing through their programming, with other rational programming taking its place.

Some of the foreign and foreign language programming seems to help. They seem to be somewhat lighter on the SJW garbage while still managing to tell interesting stories that are appropriate to time, place and context.

BBC got similarly obnoxious in their SJW stipulations and shoehorning. Some of the programming is only just palatable through the barrage, much is not palatable and just an aching groan fest.
