The way things are headed I’m not sure America will survive the 2024 Election

Of course we have to survive this Summer and the midterms first. But with a Trump run likely, and half the country (probably more) knowing that massive fraud turned the last election, but growing totalitarian rumblings on the left labeling conservatives as less than human, and now the abortion issue back on center stage with Supreme Court Justices threatened on a daily basis with assassins) food and fuel prices creeping upward, massive political and security instability around the world, wokism and perceived racism growing and spreading across the nation, and the venom against Trump and his supporters reaching new levels of hate. America seems almost over ripe for some sort of false flag or real conflict that boils over into turmoil that threatens the peace and the Republic. And of course the biggest black swan of all is looming.

Sale of crack is at an all-time high
Young folks walkin' 'round with their heads in the sky
The cities aflame in the summer time
And oh, and the beat goes on

Evolution, revolution, gun control, sound of soul
Shooting rockets to the moon, kids growing up too soon
Politicians say more taxes will solve everything
And the band played on
......
Fear in the air, tension everywhere
Unemployment rising fast, The Temp's new record's a gas
And the only safe place to live
Is on the Indian reservation, yeah
And the band played on

Eve of destruction, tax deduction, city inspectors, bill collectors
Mod clothes in demand, population out of hand
Suicide, too many bills, hippies moving to the hills
People all over the world shouting "End the war", yeah
And the band played on

Doubling is not creeping.

As long as you turn off the news, everything will be fine.

If you keep the news on, it will seem like what you describe.

They're (prices) coming down here after the summer months when the East coasters and fly over country is done with their summer fun. You CA guys just have summer.... dicks ;)

I don't know about stocks, but I think prices are going to fall off a cliff this fall for goods. Covid fucked the supply chain up massively and I think it will be a roller coaster for the next 3-5 years.

I have seen worse in the 70’s. I say Trump is great.

I’m actually happy about Trump and his supporters being vocal and not taking shit.

The battle is between Americans and the illegals, foreigners, liberals, media, government goldbricks, including Pentagon goldbricks.

All of the losers like the Bidens, Obama, Clintons got rich from being in politics. They have a symbiotic relationship with the fake liberal media.

Goldbrick bureaucrat assholes like Fauci got rich and they are the enemy. They instinctively disliked Trump, because he had their number.

The guys who hate Trump supporters 1. Envy them 2. Dislike themselves
So, fuck ‘em.

Yeah for sure. But the welfare state was not as big back then, work ethic and morals were a thing. People trusted election results and were not taking antidepressant medication nearly as much. I guess what a I am saying is the level of insanity is much higher in 2022 than in the 70’s. But, I also agree with BayArea that media makes everything sound dire, while most people are just trying to live their lives. It is the idle welfare recipients and liberal rich losers who are causing most of the societal instability. On the global scale though, war and famine have not been greater concerns since WWII. The globalists are engineering food shortages, international conflicts and totalitarian fake pandemic responses in an ever more aggressive posture aimed at implementing world government and depopulation.

I agree that the welfare state is huge and the illegals and hood rats are shamelessly taking money from us.

I’m happy about the younger guys who are well aware of the problem and don’t like being called the enemy of society.

Also, DAs did not aggressively persecute/prosecute people who defended themselves, like Jose Alba, in the 70s.

Now Leftists want to let real violent felons go and but throw the book at every person involved with self-defense

We don't know our own power though, and frankly neither do they. They gaslight because they must, but they very well might forget where Political Power REALLY comes from.

The barrel of a gun?

They know. That is why they attack the second amendment.

When this country collapses, it won't be because of any fucking election, since they're all meaningless as long as people constrain themselves to the limitations of a corrupt system.

So, of I turn the TV off, prices will go back to normal again?
