This is all that needs to be said really. I travel to multiple foreign places in this hemisphere annually. Pot is legal here in IL. I double and triple check that I have no edibles on me (flower is a pain in the ass and I don't like smoking anymore). If she needs weed that bad she likely has a problem anyway and that's why laws were created against its use. My friend grows it in quantity as well. I know what she had and it's potent as fuck.

That said I think it should be legal everywhere, but I'm never going to have influence over Russian laws. Know where you're going and abide by their laws. It's not a difficult task. Who the fuck would want to go to Russia anyway? I get they have some decent cities and culture, but hells no for me. There's a reason they have so much land. No one wanted it or to try and take it.
