It's a good article but it contains a couple of fallacies. Vaccines and antibiotics have saved a lot of lives, we just went way overboard which is normal considering the greed in the pharma industry and MDs and billionaires desire to play God. Also while overmedication is definitely one of the main if not the main reason for lack of compassion, morals and for display of sociopathic behavior, pollution likely isn't. There has been significantly more pollution 100, 200 or even 50 years ago than now, by that logic the earth should have been full of sociopaths back then. I'd stick with the overmedication narrative.
