Not legal, but whatever. CA seems to just keep going full retard. Aren't Covid vaccines still EUA (Emergency Use Authorization?) or whatever acronym it is?
With kids that would 1,000% force me to move. I'm not paying property taxes anywhere and sending my kid to a private school to avoid vaccinating my kids with that shit. Having witnessed personal side effects from my wife getting vaccinated, fuck that. Also anyone that I know within the last year that got covid was vaccinated. I don't know a single unvaccinated person that has gotten covid in over a year. I know a lot of people...
Change won't happen until you guys leave the state in convoys. And you can always come back. Think of it as a 2-3 year vacation and just rent a house somewhere out of state. Hard if you have kids, and I have legit concern for you CA people that deal with this, but don't subject them to this shit. Get out. I usually say the grass isn't greener on the other side, but this is yo...
I don't have the jab and got covid I was fine.
COVID-19 Vaccine Requirements for students are postponed until at least the 2023–2024 school year.
As of April “The requirement will now go into effect by July 2023, pending FDA approval”

this is old news.
I think "comirnaty" currently only has full approval for adults, not for adolescents - not 100% sure though.

There wasn’t much fanfare about this, All talk around this time was about the new bivalent boosters. I think they kept it quiet because they didn’t want people to realize that all this time summer camps, museums, theaters and such had been requiring children to take an FDA-unapproved drug all this time. There was a big to-do the previous year when Comirnaty was “approved” for adults after months of being merely “authorized” (which means no proof of overall benefit, just possibility). It was...

Health care facilities, other congregate settings and schools will no longer be required to administer weekly COVID-19 testing of unvaccinated and under vaccinated workers. The changes take effect this Saturday, September 17, 2022.
I knew this was coming along so I left California. Best decision ever!
