Not legal, but whatever. CA seems to just keep going full retard. Aren't Covid vaccines still EUA (Emergency Use Authorization?) or whatever acronym it is?

With kids that would 1,000% force me to move. I'm not paying property taxes anywhere and sending my kid to a private school to avoid vaccinating my kids with that shit. Having witnessed personal side effects from my wife getting vaccinated, fuck that. Also anyone that I know within the last year that got covid was vaccinated. I don't know a single unvaccinated person that has gotten covid in over a year. I know a lot of people...

Change won't happen until you guys leave the state in convoys. And you can always come back. Think of it as a 2-3 year vacation and just rent a house somewhere out of state. Hard if you have kids, and I have legit concern for you CA people that deal with this, but don't subject them to this shit. Get out. I usually say the grass isn't greener on the other side, but this is your kids health. And maybe it will be greener.

On a global scale, this is in essence the 5th largest economic power forcing kids to be vaccinated with an emergency vaccine. That is absolutely insane.

I'm sorry for your wife. My brother in law got it and said he's hasn't been the same. I don't have the jab and got covid I was fine. It was the weirdest but fine. Kids got it too and was over it in a day

I don't want to go back to California once you're out and you see how much further your money goes and how much nicer people are. Private/housing school is much cheaper. I'm in Texas and I love it! people are really nice and it's very family friendly so much to do here. We've made friends with allot of like-minded people. Yes it's super stressful moving but I wish I moved out sooner.

Scary stuff!

This is absolutely fucked up. I'm no longer a California resident either as of a couple of years ago.

I'm able to remember when California wasn't so fucked up and liberal; former Marine Pete Wilson was governor.

From 1982 to 2020 was a good long time; I paid enough and today no more of my tax money goes to California.

I have instinctively hated liberals since I became an adult and learned about taxes; today I hate them more for wanting to control my life not just pick my pocket.

I wish a pox on the democrats and liberals everywhere.

This ruling was from October 21. By the end of last year the pressure was on. Biden was ranting about, "the pandemic of the unvaccinated", and the vaccine passport was about to be required. Then thousands of freshly boosted started getting Omicron.

There are still true believers out there. You can recognize them by their masks.
7   Robert Sproul   2022 Oct 10, 7:26am

The implementation of this mandate is delayed for a year while Newsom sees how the wind is blowing politically.
8   ForcedTQ   2022 Oct 10, 7:32am

Yeah, soonest this may be implemented by CDPH would be August of 2023. There’s no way this bullshit will stand, there is absolutely no reason to take this bullshit injection for the majority of society.
9   RC2006   2022 Oct 10, 7:35am

So glad I moved. Wife just got back from visiting family and told me it's even worse than last year. Libs there just keep making it worse, I'd say it's past point of no return. Like I said years ago it will be like Brazil in a few decades flavelas and rich gated communities. Get ready for the freeway exits to have gates.
10   mell   2022 Oct 10, 7:37am

This is from last year and has been "delayed". If the pressure is kept on exposing the mrna murder fraud, they will never get full approval, but jail time.

Oh I'm sure unvaccinated people are/have gotten it. In my sphere were I know they didn't get vaccinated since any of the jabs have been out, I know of no one unvax'd that got it. It's literally 100% vaccinated got it to 0% unvaccinated from my personal experience. Not science, just anecdotal observation. Shit, I still haven't gotten it and after May 2020 I resumed normal life besides at airport or docs office wearing a mask. 15-20 flights. Fractured heel and a dozen or so doc visits. No Covid yet.

Fact is an airborne virus doesn't go away. And no vaccine for flu type bugs has EVER been effective. It's a racket. No different than real estate. Or anything to fleece people and other businesses of their money. I sometimes wonder if Covid actually exists or a test was created to make it seem like it existed if I put my tin foil hat on. 1-2 people could make a pandemic out of thin air really. It's not something like a nuke that needs massive resources to create. You can "research" stuff and literally 2 people could be in on it. And now you have a vaccine with the 5th largest economy on the planet forcing vaccines on kids. All for profit.

As of April “The requirement will now go into effect by July 2023, pending FDA approval”

https://abcnews.go.com/US/california-delay-covid-19-vaccine-mandate-students/story?id=84093350

The FDA has already “approved” a COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty) for ages 12 and up so it could theoretically happen.

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirements for students are postponed until at least the 2023–2024 school year.

I think "comirnaty" currently only has full approval for adults, not for adolescents - not 100% sure though.

this is old news.

It's hard to believe that one year ago we were so close to mandated jab and vaccine passport.

The great reset HAS TO happen. The question is who will come out alive.

As of July 8, 2022 Comirnaty is approved for ages 12 and up.

https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-roundup-july-8-2022

There wasn’t much fanfare about this, All talk around this time was about the new bivalent boosters. I think they kept it quiet because they didn’t want people to realize that all this time summer camps, museums, theaters and such had been requiring children to take an FDA-unapproved drug all this time. There was a big to-do the previous year when Comirnaty was “approved” for adults after months of being merely “authorized” (which means no proof of overall benefit, just possibility). It was never approved for boosters or young children. A lot of people were tricked into thinking the approval extends to boosters and children.

Yes I know Comirnaty is not and has never been available in the US, only its EUA unbranded identical twin. The FDA says it is the same with regards to safety and effectiveness, so many argue that any approval effectively extends to that product as well. Just saying even under that expanded definition of approved the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was not approved for ages 12 through 15 until July of this year.

Newsom's nod to becoming the compleat slavish Globalist whore of Klaus while still having time to back out in case Nuremberg trials become a thing? "I was just a concentration camp guard following orders!"

Good catch. I hadn't noticed that FDA "approval" had taken place for this age group.
From the FDA documents:
Adverse reactions other than solicited reactogenicity events identified from the clinical trial data include myocarditis, lymphadenopathy in regional proximity to the vaccination site, and nausea. One (1) adolescent who had myocarditis after Dose 2 of BNT162b2 had resolution of symptoms with conservative management.
Table 1. (page 7) shows a totat of 1,131 individuals (12-15 years old) received the BNT162b2 jab. Very small sample size!
Further more in:
APPENDIX C COMIRNATY-ATTRIBUTABLE MYOCARDITIS/PERICARDITIS RISKS (page 61)
Table 19. International and US Data on Comirnaty-Attributable Myocarditis/Pericarditis Risks
The third entry from US, BEST Data Partner shows 179 combined doses, males risk of myocarditis/pericarditis per 1 million doses. That is 1 in 5,587.

Stay vigilant, but here’s some evidence that come next school year California will not in fact require COVID-19 vaccination for school attendance. To wit, they recently lifted the testing requirement for unvaccinated school workers:

https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/OPA/Pages/NR22-142.aspx

Health care facilities, other congregate settings and schools will no longer be required to administer weekly COVID-19 testing of unvaccinated and under vaccinated workers. The changes take effect this Saturday, September 17, 2022.

In fact note they even lifted the requirement for health care workers. They did this because they had to. They would not be able to stay staffed otherwise. It would be quite perverse if they were to go on and require this of schoolchildren now.

Not that the prospect of being perverse ever stopped California officials, but still…

Woke Statist or left wing authoritarian rule in California

And this fucktard Newsom wants to run for President in 2024 ?

Nevermind that he is throwing some serious shade about the presumed Democrat nominee Kamala Harris
