No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.


LIBERTY means freedom to move about freely, among other things.

To deprive a person of liberty without due process of law is a direct violation of the Constitution.

True, and it is up to the president to execute the law. He failed.

The question is why did he fail? Traitor/enemy of the Republic or idiot?

No state shall do this. That’s why California dropped their public vaccine requirement guidance for large indoor events. It wasn’t technically a law and it was counties enforcing it but I’m sure Sacramento could feel the lawyers breathing down their neck. Well and probably keeping the requirement would have made it harder for Newsom to steal the 2022 election (more mules needed ).

I think we’re past the time we can lean upon the 14th amendment. It’s the private organizations, not the state government doing the dirty work now. They are not restricted by the 14th Amendment.

I guess the question is can the state facilitate the restriction of liberty by private organizations by creating, maintaining, and encouraging the use of a vaccine passport system.

The state does not need to facilitate it. If insurance companies, hospitals, airlines, schools and colleges, professional accreditation boards, stores or employers start (continue) to impose mandates and private companies continue to develop and implement vaxx passports the only thing that will stop them is people refusing to comply. But it could mean loss of job, loss of healthcare,, expulsion from school, loss of ability to travel or buy or sell if you refuse to comply with the passport Nazis.
We are only half a step away from total tyranny, and any day now the last domino will fall and the totalitarian Chinese style new world order great reset will be crammed down a frightened public’s throat under the guise of peace and safety. Might be this week, might be next year or in a decade but many who are alive today will live to see this Republic turned on its head, the dream of the founders in ruins just as predicted by Ben Franklin when he said they have created a republic but questioned whether it was sustainable long term based on people either keeping it, or rejecting the ability to self govern.

I think healthcare regulations are still such that the state needs to be involved. They are in California at least.

Did the state facilitate the firing of nurses Or police who refused vaccine? Those were private cities and businesses who enforced mandates.

In an interview with The Defender, all-cause mortality researcher Denis Rancourt, Ph.D., criticized a study published Monday in JAMA attributing a surge in deaths among children and teens to “drugs, guns and automobiles.” Rancourt called the article a “political paper” and accused the researchers of going beyond “what you can reasonably conclude from hard data.” ...

Denis Rancourt, Ph.D., all-cause mortality researcher and former physics professor at the University of Ottawa in Canada, told The Defender the JAMA article “spins” the research findings to make it seem as if the spike in all-cause mortality for children is part of a larger trend linked to broad societal dynamics affecting youth, rather than to the draconian lockdown policies that disproportionately affected the poor and vulnerable across U.S. society.

“The piece is what I would call spin, right up there with the best spin that a politician could make, but it’s by three M.D. scientists,” Rancourt said. “The spin is disgusting, shameful and misleading.”

Rancourt said the paper is peer-reviewed, but added, “I think peer review just means ensuring that the establishment doctrine is communicated with little regard to the actual data.”

He said the data in the paper show a large, stepwise increase in mortality rates in 2020 and 2021:

“That should be the basis of trying to interpret this data. In other words, the data clearly tells you that something dramatic happened that caused mortality to increase in this age group, in 2020 and was maintained in 2021.

“That’s unambiguous. Something dramatic happened. Okay. So that should be the focus of the article. Instead, what these authors do is they couch this as though it were just part of an increase in the recent historical trend.

“They word it as though this were just, you know, oh, there could be a contribution from whatever happened during the COVID period, but generally this is increasing.”...

“The fundamental cause has to be the government’s assault on people and families and institutions during the COVID period, which dramatically increased psychological stress and social isolation of adolescents and children and on adults …

“This is absent from the paper, there’s not even a mention of it.”
