Ostensibly to swan with Newsom. We were going back today, but won't now. Sewage from the rainstorms is bad enough without that silicon masked piece of shit blowing in. The Dominion election fraud machines will fall down in worship. Moffett Field to Watsonville Airport, to a helicopter tour, then to Santa Cruz with local business meeting.

This will likely be a photo op on West Cliff Drive to claim erosion is caused by CO2 gas.
I recall in 1982 the waves were higher, and they dumped a shitload of huge rocks along West Cliff Drive and also Hwy 1 at Waddell Creek.

Driving up Hwy 1 I was scared shitless by a truck hauling ass like crazy with a load of rocks to dump. Hwy 1 was in danger of being washed away.
Today some people are interviewed "I've never seen it this bad!"
They weren't around in the winters of '81 and '82.

The size of the Pacific makes storm waves larger than the Atlantic; it's bigger, and the greater distance is called "fetch" which lets waves grow.
In addition, sometimes a storm swell coincides perfectly with a very high tide, called "king tide".
The combination of both makes waves the ocean higher than normal along the coast during storms; this happened on the East coast with Sandy too.
There was once a large swell and the Monterey Buoy measured it at 50 feet; however that is the maximum detection of the buoy so it may actually have been larger.
It was a great day for surfers because the local weather was sunny.
Some guys caught waves in Santa Cruz and ended up near Capitola however. It was pretty crazy to see.

Yes, when the systems are right, the surf honchos can surf all the way down the coast catching wave train after wave train. However, they can't swim back because of the strong rip tides, so they need someone to pick them up where they finally come out. They come out looking utterly blasted, but macho is macho.

Water will be polluted for several days until a clear spell arrives.

Really, Newsom shows up in blue jeans. Not really enough environmental damage for this visit, wonder what else is up. Maybe Rockefellers will blow up his helicopter to be rid of him.

Double Yuck. There's Biden Actor walking around the places I go to all the time, Capitola beach front.

Those Capitola places are always going to get wrecked in storms.
I remember when waves blasted right through them onto the street.
I used to live nearby and would walk down there sometimes.
We played volleyball after work right at that beach, later it was difficult to park.

This is an idiotic lame pointless waste of a senile clown's time.
Edit: As I predicted, Biden the lamebrain said that "climate change" was responsible for a winter storm and high tides.
The nonsense just keeps coming; someone please end this Twilight Zone episode.

There is something up because this was a gratuitous trip. However, we might never know.
