The US, in theory, can provide LNG to Europe, but there's no infrastructure for it, it's more expensive because it has to be shipped across the Atlantic.

If the United States stopped shipping shit to Ukraine, the war would end in a few days maybe a few weeks if NATO stepped up in order to ensure they didn't get any energy from Russia. It's quite possible they are that stupid.
