When that don't work, you get the censorship. Disqus has already hidden the disqus thread I posted. Just the first reply is all that shows. Yesterday there was a long thread going with that glowie troll guy and people calling him and the propaganda out.

I just blocked Disqus from my computer years ago. The main purpose of Disqus (like most sites) is to track what you're accessing, and it's been heavily censored for years. I remember a few years ago I was trying to discuss something with another person, and my posts kept being stuck "in moderation", which they would remain forever. However, I was able to post VERY short messages and get under the radar of being flagged.

So I started posting screen shots of my replies which is a very short message. So I could show him just how I was being censored. I wasn't using vulgarity, I wasn't breaking any terms of service, but I think at the time I was explaining the origins of the Syrian war, and the financial interests involved with it. Disqus is Israeli, and the Syrian war is something Israel wants so you have to say (on Disqus) "Assad gassed his own people" NOT "Genie Energy has financial interests in the Golan Heights, as does Israel, even though this is technically Syrian land.."

Poor guy was totally shocked because I was being censored clearly for political speech. Most people that remain on these sites have NO IDEA there's censorship, or at least didn't at the time. He even asked the moderator to let my posts through, never realizing it wasn't a moderator blocking my posts, it was an AI of Disqus doing it. Moderators can block posts, but Disqus blocks as well, and blames the site. They are a bad company, very unethical.

It always was. Hey I'm Gen-X I grew up on a nightly diet of Congo, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Russian/Afghanistan conflict, Kuwait invasion, the Iraq invasion.
And in every single one of those instances, when Ted Topal and the BBC and NPR reported those conflicts there was video and a picture diary to go along with it, that illustrated that there was no doubt that they were at war. Even the England/Faukland Island conflict had a story to tell. From the start with this Ukraine conflict they placed tanks with shell holes that showed at least a decade of rust on those breaches, and not a pockmark or burn patch anywhere near those tanks, not even as much as flack anywhere. I think they were pulled right out of the Military War Game zone. And have been the target of decades of tank practice. They put a few bomb craters in an open field but nowhere else. We've seen one or two skirmishes in this conflict. But really all we ever saw was a journalist cowering with which ever side they were imbedded with, while shots were being fired their way.
I mean honestly it could have been anyone off to the side of the camera shooting up in the air, and I wouldn't put it past our lying press. Also our propaganda is lying about a lot of stuff in the press. Now either our censorship is so great that we don't get to hear one single rebuttal from Putin. Or Putin is getting his cut of the billion dollar checks Joe Biden keeps writing Ukraine. Perhaps Putin is the Big Guy, without none of this grift would be possible.
