Is he still alive?
7   KgK one   2023 Mar 19, 10:28pm

I think dems need brain dead people to nod n read scripts. He would be great with biden.
8   Patrick   2023 Mar 19, 10:47pm

As they say, "It's a no-brainer!"
9   Karloff   2023 Mar 20, 2:45pm

I think this guy is another example of the parasites who pull the strings deliberately humiliating the public. Like biden, he wasn't playing with a full deck even before the election.

"We'll put brain damaged, degenerate, cross-dressing, psychotic, murderous, corrupt thieves in positions of authority over you, and there's nothing you'll do to stop it! haha, losers!"
10   SunnyvaleCA   2023 Mar 20, 3:07pm

No different than Biden. Just a placeholder/puppet.

It's amazing that the Dems could replace Fetterman with a backup Democrat, but because that would only extend until the next election cycle (as opposed to a full term), they won't. They'd rather a brain-damaged puppet for 6 years than having to face re-election after 2. That sounds like pure party politics. Maybe they'll wait until the day after next election cycle to replace; that way they'll get 4 years out of him.

On the flip side, Oz was a naive candidate. Why didn't the Republican party grab his campaign and prevent the most obvious amature marketing mistakes? He seems like an easy person to get across the line: smart, telegenic, well known, successful. Just add some marketing and political skills behind the scenes, which could easily be accomplished within the resources of the national Republican party.

Because they ( uniparty) didn’t want a republican majority in the senate? That would have been a proxy victory for Trump!

I saw this movie with scary bird monsters when I was a kid, I think it had muppets in it. Fetterman looks like one of them.

It's the 'NOT Fetterman', joining the pantheon of purely fictive placeholder avatars in public office along with Biden Actor and 'Occasionally Nancy". Somebody could really just get close enough and pull off that rubber mask in front of some cameras to gig out the Senate seat.
16   Ceffer   2023 Mar 24, 10:04pm

Fetterman may be the first fake to wake people up to the avatar name stealing industrial complex that has been around for a long time. Fetterman is a hard fake, can't duplicate those orc like features and strange eyes.
18   AmericanKulak   2023 Mar 24, 10:08pm

Not the same people... the entire face structure is different. From big details like the head width, shape (square vs. Elongated Oval) and cheekbones, to the smaller ones like the eyes.

I don't know why people think we still are stuck with 1980's technology.

Cool but a little creepy. The art generated generally sucks.

I agree. I'm just pointing out that it's very easy to have a computer create any image or character you want.

I bet within a few years, people will be creating full films using AI and it wont' take long before people start creating full films as a hobby. It's already been done really, but not with AI. I've already mentioned Star Wreck: In the Pirkinning. They just made that in their basement, and did a pretty good job actually and it was done in 2005.

It's just a matter of time before actors are just replaced with CGI creations. It will be the death of film as an art form, but mengh, we're not losing much.
25   Ceffer   2023 Mar 26, 2:41pm

We will reach a point where politicians appearing in public and before cameras will be forced to undergo a routine 'mask check' before being allowed to proceed.

Are we to believe that part of Fetterman's rehabilitation is doing curling rudiments with weights to get a jacked shoulder and neck like that?
What did he answer a conservative talk radio Low T commercial?

Yesterday, Fox News ran a story headlined, “John Fetterman’s Office Has Doctored Several of His Quotes to Make Him Sound More Coherent, Review Finds.” Fox discovered that Fetterman’s staffers have been “cleaning up” the Senator’s comments and giving the cleaned-up versions to reporters as original quotes. For example, they changed this rambling jumbled-up nonsense…

I’m really excited by it, because here in Pennsylvania one of my friends really [inaudible] it, Nikil Saval, he was one of the literally — quite literally — as hard left as a politician I’m aware of — you know — certainly in the Senate. Um, he really helped shepherd that. And he got linked up with the Republicans, and he actually created the first kind of a program like this in the nation, you know. And one of my colleague — Mr. Vance — talked about well if there’s a leak in the ceiling, what if you don’t have the money to fix that? What can happen to that, kinda things? I come from a community down in Braddock, Pennsylvania, where there’s a lot of — your home can go bad quickly if you were having those kinds — so I’m a big — you know — I’m incredibly, I think I’m excited that could take from Pennsylvania and go federal.
… into this concise position statement:

I come from a community here, in Braddock, Pennsylvania, where your home can go bad really quickly. And I’m really excited that we can take something like that, which is happening in Pennsylvania, and take it federal.
I get it, if you squint you can make out what Fetterman’s trying to say in his original statement. But it’s not okay for backroom staffer to retcon his quotes and pretend like Fetterman said something normal.

The Senate is a joke, and the United States is not a serious country. Not at this point, not with Biden, Kamala, Fetterman, and Feinstein.

I saw some vid where Fetterman Actor was miraculously coherent, even well spoken without gaps in a recent interview, like Biden Actor coming out of his Buster Keaton fake actor senility. They definitely have an actor for FettVeg, possibly interleaved with the real vegetable, but who knows nowadays.

Rep. Lauren Boebert
John Fetterman redefined Casual Friday on a Thursday morning.

It’s truly unbecoming for someone to show up like that to any job, let alone a job that only 100 people are elected to do.

There’s just no excuse for it.

I agree in this case because he's not coherent. If you're doing a good job I give no shits if you show up in a speedo.

BUT, even at weddings now I just go crazy. I'll wear a white sport coat. I do no tie, non-collared shirt, blue pants and blue shoes. Basically goofy formal wear. Traditions are meant to change. Men used to wear wigs from the revolution onward in America as the norm for the elite. If Fetterman could speak a coherent sentence, then I'd give no shits about what he wears. Problem is he can't so he loses any respect by wearing what he does.

They have to keep the avatar in character.

A post about the Senate’s new non-dress code won the Internet yesterday. The votes are in, and the winner in the category of Best Caption of 2023:

“Fetterman looks like he's about to tell you that he found half a cat in the air conditioner he was working on yesterday.”

Runner-up: “I don’t have that part in my truck. I’ll need to go to Lowes to grab one, probably take me an hour or so.”

For what it’s worth, Fetterman is a trust fund baby with an MBA, no student debt, and lives in a big house his parents gave him as a wedding present. His costume — whatever he’s trying to be — is totally fake.

Of course, many folks are wondering: is Fetterman even … Fetterman? How many layers deep does the fakeness go?
39   richwicks   2023 Sep 22, 11:00pm

He's just a puppet. Who cares? They'd rather distract on how he dresses, other than he's just a really smart vegetable that wasn't actually elected.
