There is a persistent rumor that during the CCP visit by Xi that many homeless were rounded up and just killed and harvested where possible. The Woo-sters also say that most have not come back, so where did they go? And if killed, by whom exactly, Chinese processors? Like the disappearing children in Lahaina, nobody even puts the question to public scrutiny.

Who is going to track the homeless and follow them to killing warehouses if they exist? Social Services are on the grift, would they even care?
