There's been a lot of good news on the stoptheshots front. The Biden administration finally rescinded the COVID jab requirement for unvaxxed foreigners after an ICAN lawsuit. This is something I obviously have been paying close attention to. New CDC guidelines have substantially lowered the dosage to a single shot and narrowed who can get boosters endlessly. Vaccine uptake is very low and stories are circulating regarding the jab injured. This is all great.

Yet it feels quite unsatisfying. I want people who destroyed countless lives the world over to pay for it. I can see no other way to be assured that this never happens again.

But in meditating on this I see a few problems. One is that the world was split on family lines to a degree that makes justice near impossible. ...

There have been calls to forgive and forget, as a pandemic amnesty of sorts. They've been met by many with an undiluted rage. Anger can be a very dangerous emotion. When it is not targeted it can lead to a wholesale outburst against an entire class of people, whether all women, all Biden or Trump supporters, all Jews, all liberals or all doctors. The powers that be know that which is why they constantly shake the jar.

I don't think there can be any amnesty this time unless you go to the top. Name names. Who ordered the hospital death protocols? Who reversed the long standing pack of evidence on facemasks? Who knowingly lied about vaccine safety and effectiveness? Who led the studies that discredited alternative treatments? Who funded them?

Who took blood money and mandated this shit? I'd say the wedge cases should begin at the University level in cases of sudden death in young people. You are looking for those with their whole lives in front of them who were forced to get jabbed or boosted. They are now dead, which is not something they will recover from. Every birthday or Christmas or wedding becomes a sick joke for their parents of things that will never be. That feeling does not ebb with time. It grows stronger.

But who would you blame, really? Your sister in law seems hell-bent on killing herself anyways, though lately she has gone silent on social media. I say let her be.

Aim high. It's long past time.

Probably there will be, after they have all died peacefully in their sleep of an adrenochromed, stem celled, and organ transplanted old age. Nothing like a retroactive slow walked death sentence.

No.

They have prepared a long list of distractions to distract us from all the lies, death and destruction they have caused. USA has the 2024 election, the border crisis, human trafficking, 4 million charges against Trump in all democrat jurisdictions, Israel has the civil war/protests, On deck is war (Russia, China, Iran, maybe roll North Korea back out for good measure), waiting in the wings is the banking crisis, and we still have aliens/UFO’s and climate crisis to fall back on.

No. There will be no justice. They won’t even attempt it.

I don't care. I can just tell you I won't forget. And I won't let anyone else either. And if the opportunity arises, I'll do my part to serve justice, with, or without a court.

For Californians, “experiment” includes investigational new drugs (INDs) and the Nuremburg principles should apply. All initial COVID19 “vaccines” were INDs so this vast experiment should have provided strong protection for the people of California. It is astounding that this statute has been so completely overlooked in that state:

California Code, Health and Safety Code - HSC § 24171: The Legislature hereby finds and declares that medical experimentation on human subjects is vital for the benefit of mankind, however such experimentation shall be undertaken with due respect to the preciousness of human life and the right of individuals to determine what is done to their own bodies. The Legislature further finds and declares that: (a) The Nuremberg Code of Ethics in Medical Research was developed after the trial of Nazi war criminals for unethical use of persons in medical experiments; subsequently, the Declaration of Helsinki additionally established recommendations guiding doctors in experimentation involving human subjects.

(b) Neither the Nuremberg Code nor the Declaration of Helsinki are codified under law and are, therefore, unenforceable.

(c) It is necessary that medical experimentation be done in such a way as to protect the rights of the human subjects involved.

(d) There is, and will continue to be, a growing need for protection for citizens of the state from unauthorized, needless, hazardous, or negligently performed medical experiments on human beings.

It is, therefore, the intent of the Legislature, in the enacting of this chapter, to provide minimum statutory protection for the citizens of this state with regard to human experimentation and to provide penalties for those who violate such provisions.

California’s codification of Nuremburg is as follows:

As used in the chapter, “experimental subject's bill of rights,” means a list of the rights of a subject in a medical experiment, written in a language in which the subject is fluent. Except as otherwise provided in Section 24175, this list shall include, but not be limited to the subject's right to:

(a) Be informed of the nature and purpose of the experiment.

(b) Be given an explanation of the procedures to be followed in the medical experiment, and any drug or device to be utilized.

(c) Be given a description of any attendant discomforts and risks reasonably to be expected from the experiment.

(d) Be given an explanation of any benefits to the subject reasonably to be expected from the experiment, if applicable.

(e) Be given a disclosure of any appropriate alternative procedures, drugs or devices that might be advantageous to the subject, and their relative risks and benefits.

(f) Be informed of the avenues of medical treatment, if any, available to the subject after the experiment if complications should arise.

(g) Be given an opportunity to ask any questions concerning the experiment or the procedures involved.

(h) Be instructed that consent to participate in the medical experiment may be withdrawn at any time and the subject may discontinue participation in the medical experiment without prejudice.

(i) Be given a copy of the signed and dated written consent form as provided for by Section 24173 or 24178.

(j) Be given the opportunity to decide to consent or not to consent to a medical experiment without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, coercion, or undue influence on the subject's decision.

Additionally, Section 111550 of the California Health and Safety Code provides that "No person shall sell, deliver, or give away any new drug" that lacks FDA approval unless the State of California has approved the new drug under Health and Safety Code Section 111550(b). The COVID-19 vaccines are EUA products not fully licensed and approved by the FDA. As far as I can tell CA has never “approved” the EUA drugs.

As long as you are using an EUA product you are part of the experiment. Population level research is ongoing and data is being reported to the local, state, and federal governments.

Unfortunately, I don't think there will ever be any real justice served in this existence, short of that dished out in some isolated cases by pissed off individuals who have nothing left to lose.

I do think there will be a "#metoo" moment for this. When more high-profile people come forward to tell the public what happened to them, it will gain acceptance and more will come out. Everyone will then become believers, but they still won't do anything about it. The government and the other so-called authorities will make a big deal about how they're taking steps to make sure it "never happens again" (which will have no effect other than guaranteeing it will happen again) and some big fines will be paid out and that's it.

People are just too stupid and easily manipulated.
