Judge Rules Against Kari Lake, Allows Katie Hobbs to Steal Arizona

https://thelibertydaily.com/judge-rules-against-kari-lake-allows-katie-hobbs-to-steal-arizona/

I knew the fix was in when the Judge threw out 8 out of the 10 counts and then concentrated on proving "intentional" election fraud. The fact is, there was a lot of fraud, and
THAT is what should have been the requirement to prove, not intent. Intent is a very hard case to prove in a court of law, and the Judge knew that. The fix was in from the
very start.

The message from this is loud and clear; as long as you are stealing for the Establishment, we'll look the other way.

The Judge that sent it back to the original judge that scoffed at it, should removed from the bench.
We know Liberals don't like to be told they were wrong, and will not change their opinion in light of new facts that says otherwise. They double down.

That judge may have been threatened by the cartels, who do not want Kari Lake to win and thus replace the cartel's bought and paid for governor.

Look, I'm going to be blunt.

If these judges can be threatened by cartels or whatever, we need to simply fucking kill them. They get status and money and position as compensation for the risk they take. If they refuse to take that burden, they are traitors.

Until heads, LITERALLY start to roll, we're stuck with this.

I'm not advocating murder, but I'm saying straight out, murder might be necessary. They have to be afraid of the population, not the criminals.

EDIT: Now that I've typed the above, I guess that's what distinguishes good (or a subset of good, the Christians) from evil. Evil fears its own demise, good will sacrifice itself to save lives other than one's own.

I'd agree with that.

But be cautious, there's a thin line between good and fanaticism. You have to really be very certain about what you're doing.

I'm not willing to kill, but I'm willing to be killed.

I honestly think the basic problem is that you can't get the average person to understand "this person, REALLY is evil". They cannot believe people are so fucking corrupt and evil. If they could understand just how corrupt and evil these assholes are, they could deal with them properly, humanely. They are just sociopaths, they are sick, they are mentally sick.

There's my liberal side. These people need treatment but I've worked with violent animals in dog rescue, and there's times you can't fix the problem, or at least I couldn't, and I really tried. At some point, you have to cut your losses. If I had a dog, it was displacing some other dog somewhere.

You need to stop buying the cartel's products. The reason someone like Pelosi went from pro closed borders just a short time ago to wide open borders is likely a Plata o Plomo talk with a cartel rep. "We can make you richer, or we can make you and your children dead." Pelosi knows she is powerless to stop that threat (the CIA could easily neutralize a cartel, but the CIA is likely in on the action - the "White Hand" as Sam Giacona called them). Judges are even less powerful to resist as they take pressure from not only the cartel, but pressure from cartel controlled politicians like AZ's current Governor.

When I hear of someone ODing on fentanyl or heroin I think "GOOD!." The users deliberately put these poisons into their systems after enriching the most vicious criminals in history. I am against narcan. Why would one expect a judge to risk their life when one cannot not even restrain from using illegal drugs?

The case was redirected to the lower court from the higher court for review. One could presume from the outset that the corrupt lower courts would remain outlandishly corrupt. However, the voters of Arizona are fuming furious, and it got the fraud onto official court transcripts at length.

How this will wend into appeals is the next matter. This is where our buddy CisTits would have had some useful commentary.

Again, I don't want to resort to murder, but what are the other available options when you have a corrupt government official?

I don't live in Arizona, I don't care about it. I don't need to deal with this bullshit. But for people that are there, what you do you suggest? How do you fix a situation when a judge ignores the fucking law of who you elect? What can you do?

When the law itself ignores the law, I don't see any other option other than outright revolt and that means very commonly murder, and war is murder and revolution is often war.

I'm not advocating this, I'm saying it's inevitable if this continues.

These mother fuckers need to stand down, and they won't.

This is absolutely a false dichotomy.

It's not between left and right, it's right and wrong. We need a moral just government.

This is the "White Supremacy" that Biden and the DOJ say is the worst threat to our democracy.

People that understand history, know that we live in a republic and will only let the government go so far, is what the current government fears.

Unfortunately at this stage in history what Rich wrote above, taken out of context, could be construed as instigation of violence against the government, aka insurrection. Since Rich is very white, as are many of us here, that would make us "White Supremists" because we believe in truth, justice and the American way. I imagine we're already on a list with records of all of our wrong thinks.

I have met Patrick and Rich and know they are not violent and would never condone violence other than in self defense.

We're not quite there yet. When the IRS forms a swat unit we will be.

We haven't been in a republic for at least 30 years, maybe much longer than that. I think it was George H. Bush that scuttled our republic. I might go back to JFK, or even Lincoln.

Haha. I'm on a list, certainly.

I want to reform our system, not destroy it, but reform does seem impossible. I wanted reform 30 years ago, and there's been no reform just doubling down, again, and again, and again, and again, until we ended up in Clown World.

Can we reform this? It seems impossible when all these assholes do is double down no matter how much they lose.

Everything is exposed, and they just continue to do this shit. We know they are fucking liars and criminals, we can see them, they just continue.

I still think the answer is expose, expose, expose. You need the population at your back.

"Those who make a peaceful revolution impossible will make a violent revolution inevitable." -- John F. Kennedy

It is not our nature to choose subterfuge, chicanery and violence -- but these scruples of ours are the left's strongest ally.

Not everyone is driven by honor and justice. For many, the only thing that keeps them from engaging in corruption is the fear of righteous retribution. When that is taken off the table, they have nothing restraining them.
63   RayAmerica   2023 May 24, 8:15am

One of the biggest, ongoing cons that the media, justice system, etc. perpetrates is that judges are politically impartial and unbiased. I'll go a step further; the entire law enforcement apparatus is biased. I know this from personal experience, having served as an Assistant Foreman for 13 weeks on the Grand Jury. I won't go into all the boring details, but trust me when I say this, the entire law enforcement/justice system is rigged. Whatever you do, don't ever do anything that will allow you to fall into their hands.

Extremely few people are driven by honor and justice. And often those that now have that morality did not always have it. Everyone likes to believe they themselves are moral, even those who pad expense accounts, cheat on taxes, hire illegals, steal sodas from the defective soda machine, and other theft where they have no fear of consequences. If we had a moral public people like Biden would not make it out of a primary.

That's a very profound, and accurate observation. After reading it, I was reminded of this:
"Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?" - Proverbs 20:6 (KJV)

Over the years, I've known quite a few con artist types that are able to fool other people with their charming personalities. A mistake too often made is to judge people's character by mixing it with their personality traits. This is profoundly evident when it comes to politicians, who are typically masters at manipulating crowds of people by telling them what they want to hear. The same is true for 'religion,' where charlatans have a field day.

I never forgot Ronald Reagan's summation of the old Soviet Union when it came to treaties: "Trust, but verify." The same can be applied across the human board of experience whenever dealing with other human beings, regardless of the situation.

Huh? The whole battle over who gets to nominate judges is an immediate giveaway. If judges were impartial there won't be confirmation battles, borking, etc.

That is the same thing Israel’s government is fighting over right now. As it stands in Israel a panel of unelected officials appoints judges. At least in this country elected officials appoint judges. Some judges are even elected by popular vote such as the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

And there’s Special Agent Epps right back at it again.

Follow this advice and you deserve what you get. I hope the judge defends themselves against these threats of violence. Every judge could be compromised, wasn’t Roberts on Epstein Island? But you don’t fix the justice system by working outside the justice system. That is foolishness. You must either be a psychopath or a collaborator. You are playing right into their narrative, just like Epps.
