Looks like LL Bean wins.

"Do you like Huey Lewis and The News? Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor. In '87, Huey released this, Fore, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip to be Square", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself."

Comments are indeed priceless

When the woke speak, remember the opposite is true the majority of the time.

Examples:

Pride = Shame

Equality = minority privilege

Equity = bias

Inclusion = exclusion

Affirmative action = discrimination

Feel free to add to this list.

Heh, it was originally "The Heart of Rock and Roll is in Cleveland" after playing a classic venue there, but the lyrics were changed to "... is the Beatin' "

I don’t care for the advertisement, but come on, this has been out for a year already. Why the sudden oh no, not North Face! Was Bud Light just the first domino that got people looking this stuff up?

North Face is being entirely appropriate. What if you are a tranny scaling a rock face in Yosemite, and you don't have the appropriate binding equipment, and your intestines fall out through your surgical wound and down your leg while you are scaling. A tranny will really need that specialized stuff.

I don't understand why corporations follow uniparty propaganda? Is this standard operating procedure?

I didn't see what North Face did, but yes unfortunately. I was told to do it by the boss in real estate. I made all the print and email marketing. Because of equal opportunity housing stuff we'd include blacks, Mexicans, Asians, etc. into said marketing with stock photos and footage. We'd print large runs, say 1,000 folders to give potential clients that had "happy" people on it. He'd tell me I forgot a black..... Yeah, no shit Sherlock I forgot it. Probably the worst and most demanding clients in the lowest price point.

Chicago is a 30/30/30 city roughly. White/black/hispanic. (I know not 100%) The market value in black areas of Chicago are insanely low. Not Detroit level but low. We bought a 3 unit building in South Chicago for $15k... so let that soak in.

It's done in every industry. I guess trannies are now some protected class of people? The bigger question is where does this end? Well I identify as the guy that mows my lawn at 2.5" versus 3". We're turning stuff people just do into "classes" so someone can feel special. Fact is you market to the people that buy your product. For North Face it's white males and females 95%. Maybe 2% wealthy blacks. Anything/one else is not worth marketing to.

IMO, it doesn't end until this goal is achieved; the destruction of America's foundations so that a 'new America' (and a new world) can be created that is void of any and all Christian influence upon society. That's not hyperbole, but is in fact one of the stated goals of the Great Reset as expressed, in no uncertain terms, by the GR's main philosopher, Yuval Noah Harari. In the short video linked below, Harari (a homosexual that is married to a man), declares that if "something exists, by its very nature, it is natural." It's clear where this is leading; pedophilia will be declared "natural" because it "exists."

As to why you would even want to show a person in a real estate ad is puzzling. I wouldn't do it.

It's not an ad. It's a hand out folder. Also you have to be human to purchase a house. It wouldn't move me either way as far as doing business with someone, but we were in the business of making money. To a large percentage of the market in RE shit like that matters.

I'm on a board with a woman that has no TV's or computers in her house. A photo of a mixed family would make her happy. I don't agree with it, but it's reality in marketing. Non-fag men don't care, so you market to women who do care. I would have loved to not do it, but it works. Trannies though, that can eat shit on a stick.

Is VFC a good stock to buy for the long term?
