Trump was just taken to court and issued a gag order not to discuss or leak any details about the case. And here the Prosecution released that audio to CNN tonight.

He mentioned what a psycho Miley was and demonstrated it with a Classified doc, he is apparently allowed to have and share, because just merely by him taking it, declassified it.
