While true, the fact is just move. There's no reason to be fat. I eat what I want, I drink all the beer I want and I move. I'm technically overweight (not obese) and anyone that meets me would say I looked fit/fine. Weight loss is not hard. It's not diet. I move all day and don't eat until dinner. 12 pounds gone in 10 days.

Women that can't lose weight is frustrating. You're not moving. Doesn't have to be running or lifting heavy weights. Walk. Garden. Do yard work. If you go out to eat walk to the restaurant and not drive. Shit, play yard games and be on your feet more than 8 hours a day. You WILL lose weight AND feel better.
