The dam is breaking on unified Western support for Ukraine, and the timing couldn't be worse for Zelensky, given tomorrow he's expected to meet with President Biden at the White House. On Wednesday evening there is monumental news out of Poland which could potentially change the entire course of the war.

"Poland will no longer arm Ukraine to focus on its own defense," Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced just hours after Warsaw summoned Ukraine's ambassador related to a fresh war of words and spat over blocked grain, according to the AFP. Warsaw has throughout more than a year-and-a-half of the Ukraine-Russia war been Kiev's staunchest and most outspoken supporter.

This war wasn’t just provoked, it was knowingly provoked. Off ramp after off ramp was sped past by the US war machine at a hundred miles an hour on its beeline toward a horrific proxy war, because empire managers had calculated that such a war would serve US interests. And now we routinely see US officials like Mitch McConnell openly saying that this war serves US interests.

They really couldn’t be more obvious about it if they tried.

Yet more Evidence of Red Army "Battlefield Genius" at work:

Ukrainian UAV strike hit Kursk Vostochny Airport (Kursk-Khalino) on September 24.

The first UAV struck the fuel and lubricants tanks, which were used for the needs of the Regiment. The loud explosion heard by the residents of Kursk was the first blow. As a result of the attack, a strong fire occurred at the fuel and lubricants warehouse.

Then, a group of military personnel and, presumably, the commander of the 14th Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment (and his deputy) headed to the burning warehouse to assess the damage and take measures to extinguish the fire.

At that moment, the second UAV hit almost the same point. This strike caused the majority of casualties among the personnel of the aviation regiment, including the command.

Some time later, on the territory of the airfield, a third UAV was discovered.

Allegedly, it was "shot down" by EW system and did not explode upon falling.

Instead of calling a group of sappers to the scene, local military personnel decided to independently inspect the "object."

While approaching the object, the UAV detonated.

The strike reportedly killed the following:

- commander of the 14th Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment
- one of his deputies
- a group of aviator officers
- a representative of the FSB military counterintelligence
- airport employees

I don't think it vaguely serves US interests. Maybe the interests of the foreign SS criminal corporate consortium headquartered in Switzerland known as the CIA, who regard the American People as the enemy. Maybe the interests of the nested corruptocrats in the foreign occupied foreign city state of Washington DC, but not the American People. Maybe the City of London and Vatican dominated armchair MIC generals in the Pentagon, but not the American People.

Getting the propaganda engines of the MSM to make people even THINK that Ukraine has anything to do with the welfare or security or proper international relations of the USA is a fiat.

Mercs wouldn't be treated in a US Army hospital.

More likely these are US military personnel 'on leave' while they fight on Ukraine. We did this shit in WW2.

Remember in Pearl Harbor when Ben Affleck got his ass shot down over the Channel? Same kind of arrangement.

Russia is doing a pretty good job of defanging itself with their fuck up of an invasion for all the world to see.

Every part of Russia's military (including their Navy and Wagner) is considerably worse off today than 18 months ago.

There is no universe that Russia can argue that they have gained anything at this point other than pain, misery and death.

FFS - is this what all this Russian boosterism is about on the Right?

We didn't need Russia to get hundreds of thousands of people killed to expose Biden's corruption.

But you (you specifically) have been catastrophically wrong on all your Russian boosterism predictions here at Patnet.

Not just a little wrong. But MacGreggor level of embarrassing wrong with all your cocksure predictions that turn out 180 degrees opposite.

No I haven't. You just think so because you won't expand your knowledge beyond the US propaganda sources you consume .

Oh, and by trying claiming so you just admitted you were wrong about your claims this is Russian boosterism. That is is truth boosterism. You just acknowledged that even though you flat deny said truth.

Thanks!

Give socal2 specific instances of where he is wrong. It's not enough to tell somebody they are wrong, they need to understand how they are wrong. This is the only way to change thinking, IF you want to do that.

This is to both of your benefit, provided that neither of you are propagandists, and there's many people that work for free being propagandists because they have been manipulated into not only believing they are correct, but also believe their viewpoint is just and moral.

I'm not a Christian, but the truth will actually set you free. You may not like freedom though. The real prison most of society is, is in their mind. MOST people believe absolute nonsense, and act upon it, and this is why I don't consider them people anymore. I've tried, for decades. If the state says 2+2=5, most people would call me crazy for saying it actually is 4. I mean, they'd have heard it on the news, wouldn't they?

I can't convince an MIT graduate that the US overthrew Ukraine in 2014, despite having BLATANT EVIDENCE the US did. He's not stupid, at all, he's just not human. After a point, you have to leave the herd behind. I can't save them, I can't even make them think.

Elon Musk, new owner of the world’s largest media platform, is now looking at the border problem. Late last night, Elon echoed yesterday’s C&C headline:

Not to quibble or anything, and I know he’s just making a point, but we’re actually wiring Ukraine way over 100 times what we’re spending on the border crisis. Compare the billions we’ve sent Ukraine in the last two years with how little has been appropriated to handle the surge at the U.S.’s border.

Speaking of Republican budgets, on Thursday night House Republicans voted 117-101 against sending another $300 million to help secure Ukraine’s borders. Per conference rules, Ukraine funding is now dead and cannot be voted on anymore this budget cycle.

Hardest hit by the failed vote were Robert L. Peters and a clutch of Ukrainian oligarchs. It might finally be time to take the ugly Ukrainian flag out of your social media bio pic and move on to the next virtue-signaling thing. Just think about it.

Yesterday, in the wake of news that Ukraine is now seeking to extradite Ukrainian draft-dodgers from European countries to feed its Counteroffensive human meat grinder, Russia Today ran a story headlined, “Putin eases entry rules for Ukrainians.”

Russia’s new immigration decree, published yesterday, allows Ukrainian citizens to enter Russia without visas or even a valid passport, allowing for a number of new alternative forms of I.D. that displaced Ukrainian citizens can use. Kids can enter Russia with just a birth certificate.

It appears that a whole lot of Ukrainians aren’t so sure that Putin is the dictatorial monster that Joe Biden says he is. According to Russia’s TASS news service, over 5.2 million Ukrainians have relocated to Russia since January. The article allowed that independent analytics company Statista pegged the number lower, at a still-impressive 1.27 million, which is still more than Germany (1.09 million) or Poland (968,000).

It seems to be a one-way phenomenon. I couldn’t find any statistics about Russians moving to Ukraine, for some reason.
2888   DOGEWontAmountToShit   2023 Sep 30, 9:13pm

Last weekend, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan privately told McConnell that it would be impossible to sustain Ukraine’s fight against Russia for the next month and a half without additional funding. Not including more aid in the CR would impose significant financial and symbolic harm on Ukraine’s government, they warned.

It's likely the United States will "encourage" the EU to temporarily fund Ukraine, and make up for it in some other way.

This war won't end for at least another year, and I expect it to go on for several.
